Initially, I used for a large group executive Mercedes transfer vehicle for several hours. Everything was very well thought out, punctual, and kind service. They are even willing to extend and give quotes for extensions if needed even though it was unexpected. I appreciate that. Vehicle was top notch, clean, and had waters. Driver always easily available when needed and ready to go and very good with communication. Then started to use for airport drop off. Very lux service. Picked up with a Escalade always very clean and shiny in and out, driver always dressed up in a suit and tie (nice touch), and they help you with all your luggage on and off. Waters waiting for you after a long trip. Recently, had come back and was at a layover and forgot to set up a pick up and called Mike. He was able to arrange a pick up within hours. They were very responsive to my online inquiries for a car service. Within a short amount of time a ride was arranged and a price agreed upon. The morning of my ride, Stay Classy kept in contact with me via texts about who my driver would be and that they would text me while on the way. Tom was my driver and he texted me as he was on the way. He also arrived about 5 minutes b4 the agreed upon time. He was neatly dressed and helped me move my bags and suitcase into the car. Tom was friendly and nice. Very helpful and checked on me to see if I was ok with the ride. He was a smooth and conscientious driver and was able to get to my destination in good time. He also helped me with my luggage at the destination. Stay Classy is not cheap but it's well worth the price for the peace of mind and their helpfulness and responsiveness to inquiries.
