I was here again today & realized that the photo area of Yelp's Business' Listings showed less than 20 photos I believe. I took a count once returning home to get settled in & began to transfer this shops' photography's to my desktop computer... I counted 70 photo's, but I think I may have been downloading them swiftly, unbenounced to me, as I noted some double prints uploaded, which I removed swiftly... And I noticed several photo's didn't download and "stick" to the download area of the Businesses Business Profile... I'll be working on that, here-and-there until I get it corrected but for now, there are plenty of photos showcasing this SUPERIOR DOLLAR TREE Shop Storefront location... I was introduced to this storefront, in late 2018, after I was released from an inpatient stay for greater than 70 days & nights. I was introduced, by my devoted Mother aka: Momma to me, as she's a Penny-Pinching-Queen & has taught me much about how to successfully manage & allocate money/funds/resources... Her & my awesome Dad as they were married at that time and unfortunately divorced after us 3 girls grew up & married for ourselves... That's a story for another time.... Right away I felt like I could take a deep breath as this was, & still is, the LARGEST, most SPACIOUS, & NEATLY ORGANIZED Dollar Tree Shop Storefront, I've personally been a customer at... It is HUGE & it's all but obvious that this store is well cared for and it's also obvious, that there is much "Pride In Ownership" occurring here. It's true. I've never visited, a Dollar Tree Store, where there was SO MUCH SPACE BETWEEN THE AISLES!!! :) Each aisle, is so wide you can pass another shopper, and never even know they are that close to you... It's really nice... & I think the other shoppers there today, were feeling that safer/relaxing/vibe as was I.... Something else that I LOVE about Dollar Tree (The actual Corporation that is) is that, they have an ON-LINE STOREFRONT SHOP! They failed to mention that they are SUBCONTRACTERS meaning they only do certain jobs and then it's up to us to figure out the rest. And when they come they say you haven't installed a shower Pan yet.. and I'm like??? We were never told we needed too. Why weren't we told this before? My thing is, this is all new to us. We don't do all of this often nor do we know anything about showers and the repairing process. So when this guy said shower pan, don't you think they should have mentioned this all to us when we first signed up with them? Um, ya I think so. So then of course they don't even install the shower pan... they sell it, for an insane price, but they don't install it. So that got delayed even more since we had to find someone to come and install the shower pan. Finally everything is rolling. We spend an INSANE amount of money on this shower, I mean the amount of money we spent. We should of had a grand slam shower. And I blame custom marble and onyx, because as I mentioned earlier, they failed to tell me that they are sub contractors and they don't do shit and it's up to you to scurry around and find people to do different jobs. Okay so everything is in place. Now last thing we need is the shower head and handle installed and put back into place. But GUESS WHAT. We had to find someone for that too because this shit place doesn't even do that. So we had the plumber come out and he noticed these 2 small holes on the shower pans and he mentioned to get them checked out and make sure water won't be leaking. So I call the company and I speak to the "boss" named Darrel who sounded absolutely rude and Condescending. I mean if you are the boss I assume you would hear out your client and try to fix the issue rather argue and get all defensive and tell me that we should have picked a better shower pan or that all your men are experienced. Full of shit and work on your customer service because you are no boss. You are a rude person. Worst experience ever!!! Hate this place. Do not hire them. Unless you want lies. Bad customer service and a huge headache.
