Ruined my Christmas stockings-…read more On 11/27/2018 I brought in 2 stockings to be embroidered to Prints Charming. Along with the blank stockings I brought in 2 already embroidered stockings to match the embroidery. I spoke to the woman at the counter and asked if she could match the font of the done stockings. She said yes, filled out a form, and said she'd like to keep one finished stocking to match the font and color to. 12/5/18 I called and they said they were done. 'Josh' 'Ali' and 'Stevenson' were what was supposed to be matched. 'JAMES' and 'CALLIE'  are what Prints Charming did. As you can see, the font, color, size, nothing is the same. I was told that they don't even have the right font when I said it was incorrect. Why didn't you say something when I ordered, call me later, or used a close cursive? Instead it is in all capital  letters, huge sizing, and a different color. Why did they keep a stocking for reference? The woman I spoke to said they couldn't fix it, because it would ruin the stocking to rip the embroidery out and she refunded my payment.

I visited their store in the summer of 2019. It is a pleasant store from the outside and inside it…read morewas beautiful. I was the only person in the store and unfortunately, the service was poor. The person at the front was busy with something and another person came to the front and tried to help me. She seemed to not know what she was doing and wasn't very knowledgeable. Must have been filling in temporarily. She took my ring and I didn't see her for 15 minutes. I had to get the other person to help find the woman who took my ring to the back and find out what was going on. The woman eventually gave an estimate that was quite high and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there, so I decided to go somewhere else for a second opinion. I instead went to a jewelry store in the Roseburg Mall. They had reasonable prices and the service was much better.
