After about six months the front yard started dying. I paid them to put in a back patio, which they did, howeve, I also paid them to seal and gloss coat it, which they never did. I also paid them to install a pad for an outside shed. Which that never did. Now. Two actuators on the sprinklers they installed are faulty. This has cost me greatly. Bottom line. Their install is good. However, don't expect them to honor their work. Dozens and dozens of calls were made in an attempt to have them fully complete the job. Which they have not done. My sprinkler system has gross leaks, and they can not be bothered to fix the bad system components of which they installed under warranty, which is now over due e stall tactic. All said and done, if you want something done right with peace of mind that your purchase will be covered if something goes wrong. Do not hire these guys...period.. As soon as you pay. That go away. So far after almost two years. Patio not sealed (paid for), shed pad not installed (paid for), multiple sprinkler actuators faulty (3 should be under warranty, paid for), now a leaking irrigation that they won't look at.

When we decided to have landscaping done, we contacted Emerald Landscaping. Within a couple days we received a response - which is excellent - and Dallas came to our home promptly to discuss what we wanted, to measure, and make plans to get started. We were thrilled that the work started sooner than anticipated and was completed much quicker than expected. The men showed up promptly, were very friendly but professional. They didn't need to be reminded to finish any work and no corrections were needed. The good, highly skilled craftsmen completed the landscaping as we were told they would. Unwilling or unable or not interested in trimming back overgrowth. Ignore grass growing into beds. Recently watched in disgust as one crew member took a leek in the yard while chatting with his worker. Currently looking for another service.
