This was a very easy lab experience through Quest. It's very simple to book an appointment online…read morethrough their website. I found a pretty good selection of times even only booking one day ahead. You get a link via text message and can easily check in online once you arrive. There are also kiosks in the waiting area where you can check yourself in. Bear in mind there are no staff to check in with. Once checked in, you sit in the waiting room and follow your progress on a large screen showing checked in appointments and anyone waiting as a walk in. I was taken right at my booked time. Once in one of the back rooms the staff process your insurance and confirm which tests you need. The staff member was very friendly, and the blood draw was basically painless. Overall I was very happy with my Quest experience!

From the moment we walked in the owner Pomai treated us like family and was so kind! My spouse is a very very hard stick. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't able to get her veins at our appointment (no fault of her own). BUT because she knew how important the test and timing was and saw how difficult it was for my spouse to get around... She immediately called one of her other nurses and organized for a redraw the next day AT OUR HOUSE. Free of charge! Absolutely amazing service. The staff member who attended to me, Miss Melanie, was exceptionally professional, patient, and friendly. Even when I made a small mistake, she explained everything clearly and kindly. I told my wife, "Miss Melanie is truly a wonderful person." My wife said, "The lady who helped me was also very kind." A few days earlier, another lady who assisted us looked very much like Miss Melanie's sister -- she, too, was incredibly helpful and caring.
