Auto zone is able to look up my info and determine that even though the warranty has expired, they can still help me out because I'm returning the core. Great I have a new battery now how am I going to get it installed? No worries! The lady that rung me up installs my battery and shows me how it's done, so I can do it myself in the future. The amount of time to get the battery swapped out for a new one and installed was probably 15 mins or so? Fast and easy!
