Sent my girlfriend there since I wasn't close to purchase a battery. Told her they would install it. Didn't factor that their technician isn't smart enough to undo two clips to pop out a part over the battery. Literally takes two seconds. Located on South Cobb Drive not far from the Windy Hill intersection in a shopping center shared with Dollar Tree sits this Autozone location. I will start off by saying that if you are in a hurry, you may want to re-think a visit here. This place is ALWAYS busy, so be prepared to wait! One reason they are always busy is the next closest auto store has very limited hours, so the line here builds pretty quickly, especially after 7:00 PM. Service wise, they are pretty decent. Seeing that they are always so busy, it is word to the wise that you know what you are after before making your way up to the counter, as they are ready to help and get you moving. The staff are always multi-tasking and running multiple registers at one, showing folks where things are, testing batteries, going outside, etc...it's a site to see. Overall, this is the run of the mill Autozone. It is a tad bit smaller than the free standing, so definitely look online before coming in a their stock is not as expansive as other locations. Seeing I live right around the corner, this location will continue to be my "go-to"! read more

AutoZone usually have what you want when you want it. Everyone's friendliness depends on how well they know you. Sometimes they are so busy, they just want to get you in and out. Don't appear to care about customer service. Never very friendly & come across as lazy. First trip, I was just pointed to the back & told to dump my own oil. I asked for assistance but did not receive any. Second trip, bought a car battery but was told professionals were needed to install. My husband who never works on cars googled it & installed himself. When I started my car (was parked facing a wall), I noticed that one of my headlights was out, so I searched yelp for the nearest Autozone and found this one off of S Cobb Drive. There was a line of people at the register, but it moved pretty quickly. Once I was up, the employee helped me find the right bulb and came outside to install it (no extra charge), as I'm not the best when it comes to that type of stuff. The only thing about this Autozone is that instead of being located in the typical stand alone building, it's part of a strip-mall, so when the employees come out to do a diagnostic test or to install a part, you have to pull-up alongside the storefront instead of just being able to pull into a regular parking space. Not a big deal, just thought it was interesting. read more

9/20/2019 I went back to return some stuff I didn't use,with out a receipt, the cashier girl was SO rude with a attitude and helpless anyways she said I could return them. She didn't bother to ask if I hade reward or if I wanted store credit. Then I went to the Spanish spoken Sr the same with a long face and no smile at all but he did give me store credit. I give this 0 star for this Autozone. Treat customer better cashier crew. read more

A few associates were not wearing masks and customers standing too close together in line and some customers did not have masks on either. The product I needed was in stock. Would prefer to have exchange option that does not require visiting a store and better online merchandising to avoid wiper blade order errors. read more

I should have listened to the other reviews. This is the worse AutoZone ever! I can't believe corporate allows this place to stay open. Employees are very very rude and make you feel like it is an inconvenience to ask for help. I bought a battery from them 2 years ago and here I sit at another auto repair because it has already got bad. Convenient for the autozone since they gave me a two year warranty and it is just over the two years!!!! Please please do yourself a favor and stay away. I ordered 4 routers for my Kia Sunday morning and they guaranteed me that my items will be here by Monday morning. when I showed up to the store Tuesday morning they said: oh sorry but we don't have your routers and we don't even see an order for them, if you still want them you have to make a new order!! I needed some air shocks for a last minute Christmas present. Stopped in the Marietta (Canton Rd) store just before 2PM and was told they would have it in by 5. The shocks did NOT come in, so they forced me to go to the Smyrna store on Christmas Eve (hey, who wouldn't rather be driving to SMYRNA for an hour than be with family on Christmas Eve?). The Smyrna store refunded only 90% of what I paid before billing me for the shocks. When I mentioned the discrepancy, the old guy there (probably about my age) tried to redo the math to make it seem like I got a deal. I got screwed. I paid $79 and change and they credited me with $70 and change before charging me for the second time. The young guy (Anthony, I think) followed the old guys lead. He's fine, the old fart (my age) should be FIRED. I got screwed at a discount. Go to NAPA like the professionals do!! read more
