I normally Prefer a female masseuse but They only had one person available and it was a male. I decided to try it anyway since I was calling a few hours before the appointment. Hands down one of the best massages I gotten in years. Ace did my massage after 90 mins I left feeling relaxed floating on clouds. I will definitely make this part of my regular routine.

What a fantastic experience…read more I visited D'lor for my birthday after my partner gifted me a spa gift card. When I searched for spas and came across the great reviews for D'lor, I was set. Their prices, packages and great Yelp reviews were all selling points that solidified my plan to book with them, and I was not disappointed. I initially planned to book on the website as I never prefer phone calls if I can avoid them, lol. Unfortunately, the website did not show any availability for the day I was hoping to go, but I figured it was because of the short 1-day turnaround. In an unusual move, I called D'lor just to be sure they didn't have availability and lucky me - they actually did have a spot. YAY! Bridget at the front was so patient and helped accommodate me for the day/time and package that I was looking for. Upon arrival, it was easy to find a parking space and head right on in. I was greeted warmly and given a short form to complete before heading in. The salon was booked and busy, set in a separate portion of the business, it was so peaceful as ladies hustled in and out. Once I finished my form I was taken to the ladies dressing area and given a locker that included a robe and slides. The space was intimate, offering a private toilet, sauna, and more, all in one space. Once I got changed I went and took a seat in the sitting room. This space was sooo comfy, I almost hesitated a bit when my masseuse came and got me lol. I hate that I didn't catch either of my providers name because they were both amazing! I went with one of their February packages that included a 60min massage, 60 min facial and a steam bath. I forgot about the steam bath but, wow, my massage and facial were great. My massage was nice, not life-changing, but it was a good experience. That facial? Amazing. After switching my medication recently, my skin has been struggling and I really needed a good facial and extractions. Miss Ma'am got me right!! She got under my skin in the best way, she even snatched a random hair that was on my chin without me asking LOL. From calling in for my appointment, to my arrival, and exit - this was a fantastic experience! I will be running back to have another spa day at D'lor.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided through the check-in process, including selecting the focus areas for our one-hour massage. The space was clean, calming, and we felt completely comfortable and safe throughout the experience. To top it all off, we walked out to glasses of champagne and chocolates, which was such a nice touch. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed and will definitely be back soon, hopefully to check out one of their new locations!

The staff did a great job of making me feel celebrated with a cute gift bag after my service. The vibe when you walk in is very bright and boutique. It looked very inviting, but the real relaxation starts once you walk to the back and it's like you're transported to the epitome of relaxation. My masseuse Kim was great! I think I got more than I bargained for requesting deep tissue and gua sha in the same session but I definitely walked out feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of my day! I liked the membership concept as a nice way to schedule your self care in on a monthly basis. While I did end up cancelling, i appreciated the ease that came with cancellation. I only removed a star because the open curtain setup can make you susceptible to noise coming from people opening and closing cabinets or something like that in passing during your session which can break the relaxation a bit.

I really like the layout, it's very airy and serene especially the massage area. The secluded beach getaway vibe was working for me the curtains and atmospheric sounds definitely help to set the mood and help you mentally escape. Walking in I was greeted by the friendly staff and ushered to the back by my therapist who took time to ask me my preferences and areas of concern....I liked that But, my actual massage experience was not great. I purchased the 80mim deep Tissue, my therapist never applied the proper pressure for the type of massage I requested, even after informing her to apply more pressure. I was just being rubbed on, for someone that works out as I do that's just a waste of my time. I left with the same stiffness and knots....not feeling rejuvenated at all. Which is disappointing seeing others had better experiences. My assessment was that she was new and not the best match for me or the massage. My therapist was not as skilled as I would have hoped for the price Now asks for. My recommendation is that Now should do a better job of paring therapist to the client and type of massage, I do not see myself going back after this experience.
