I have to get their signature foot massage at least once month. Ive never had a bad experience here no matter who I get booked with. The room is dimly lit, and they offer you a blanket and ear plugs. The foot massage starts with a warm foot soak in bath salts of your choosing. They offer to start with a head rub and get to going on your neck and shoulders. Once they are done they cover your eyes give you a warm neck pillow and chances are you may nod off as they get started on the foot massage ! Seriously it's just so relaxing - I highly recommend.

Irma was absolutely lovely, she applied gentle pressure and asked what I preferred. I wanted a bit more intense pressure for my shoulder/neck and she provided just that. I so relaxed and enjoyed the full extent of the shoulder massage. The neck massage was gentle but still felt like it was getting into muscle tissue (without any pain). The massage ended with 2-3 min of gentle arm/hand massage as well, and this was nice! I'll absolutely go back again to try out foot massage, and highly recommend Irma for others! She's a professional and kind masseuse!

My last review of Spring Massage was over 9 years ago, and that's how long I've been coming here…read more It continues to amaze me that over the years, they've maintained the quality of their massages and listened to customer feedback to make improvements. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. It's not a luxurious spa with all the fancy amenities. It's a small treat that's affordable enough to work it into a proper consistent self care routine.

Honestly, the massage was one of the best I've had in a long time. She applied the right amount of pressure and helped crack some bones that were causing tension throughout my body. The hot stone/warm towel combo was great! After getting dressed, I was taken to the detox room at the front of the salon. I was given a neck warmer and my feet were placed in a basin with a detox machine.
