I never have a good experience with getting braids, even weaves done in the DC/MD area, typically the braider is rude, they pull your hair, and just overall very very unprofessional but Dina was the complete opposite. Clients should not have to ask for basic hair care measures. I also found the pricing to be excessive for the level of service provided. Certain treatments, such as deep conditioning, are not included in some services and come at an additional cost. During my appointment, the stylist was whispering and gossiping with another stylist, which felt unprofessional. Overall, the salon appears to charge for many add-ons while not delivering a level of service that justifies the cost.
