I am giving this place and this therapist one star. I booked a 90 minute appointment and rearranged my entire day around my 4:00 appt time. I got a text confirming my massage appointment at 10:30 and then a text @ 2:00 cancelling. This is incredibly frustrating considering I had other things to do today and rearranged my entire day around the massage- only for it to be canceled. I also read other reviews from customers who had the same issue with being canceled shortly before due to the therapist being "overworked" to use her words. In hindsight, I wish I'd listened to the other reviews warning me of this and I wouldn't be in this position. If you are considering booking here, I'd say steer clear. There are multiple reviews warning about the last minute cancellations. read more

Fantastic! I was hoping for an intensely focused session, Connie was able to do that and more to relieve all of my major pressure points. Her office is clean and relaxing. I often get Groupon massage deals, but only a few therapist make it to my "I will definitely return" list, Connie has made that list for sure. I have been going to Connie for about a year now and I have to say every time has been a treat. I have been to several places where they concentrate on getting your entire body done within the slotted time frame. Connie will concentrate on your knots and kinks and/or any areas you tell her. She's very personable and flexible. She has even come in on her off day for me! She really is a sweet person and actually remembers things you tell her. If you go be sure to get the 90mins. The best massage EVER! Looking at the web site I was impressed with the forms you had to fill out especially the body chart. Connie knows her stuff and is very experienced. Located inside the building that houses the Texas vehicle registration on the 2nd floor. IThe massage bed is the best I have ever been on. It is very soft, comfy and large; not the skinny ones where its difficut to lay your arms along your side. Also once she finishes with one side of your arm she cradles it in a sling underneath the bed which is very comfortable, no hanging arms off the side of the bed. Once going over the forms and health history the massage started; and I knew Connie was a real talented professional who knew her stuff. No kid out of massage school working for some franchise. She really focused on the areas we discussed (left shoulder) alternating between her hands and hot stones. After finishing my back and before moving to the legs she draped a very warm heavy blanket type cover over my back. (think like the covers they use when taking a X-ray for protection) to penetrate the muscle deeper. Then she went back to my back again after finishing my lower half and massaged my back one more time more! After turning over she gave my a head and neck a great massage and time was up because she really focuses on where your needs are. Next time I will book 90 mins....so worth it...You will NOT be disappointed! read more

I bought this massage on Groupon...90 minutes. It is very difficult to schedule with her because her Groupon massages are sooo far out. I rescheduled my appointment in June and the next available was the day I went this month. She really didn't ask me what my problem areas were...I had to tell her this info. She told me she likes doing relaxation, Swedish massages but can do deep tissue. I told her that I have to have deep tissue/sports massage because I need to fascia release. Well, I had to hear lots of chatter and comments/complaints about doing my deep tissue massage. She stated, 'If I had to massage people like you all the time, I couldn't work.' Okay....and the constant talking! I'm a very friendly person but when I am getting my massage, I want quiet and a little nap. Between her talking and violently rubbing various parts of my body that all needed nap was not possible. And this is probably very picky but I don't like it when the masseuse rubs my feet then touches other parts of my body...that's like a no go for me. Then to finish the appointment she asks...'you want to leave gratuity on a card or cash'...it caught me off guard because I've never been almost demanded a tip. I tip very well for great service. I would not call this massage a good one. My neck was actually worse than when I left and I had a little burn from the stones being to hot. The room was way bright and I was cold the entire time because she got hot and cranked the a/c. Needless to say I won't return. read more
