I've done the same concept in Southern California so I was expecting to pay a good price to get a nice massage, but upon entering every discount I wanted to use was shut down for some reason or another. THEN I ask how much for what I wanted and was quoted $55.... For a 45min back massage - no foot or head rub... ok that seems so much higher than what I was expecting in these types of places. Since I couldn't look at a normal menu somewhere posted I took the lady's word for it and later asked for a menu so I added the photo here so hopefully others don't get duped. the masseuse literally rolled the sheet back to the bottom of my butt!... that was NOT comfortable at all. Every massage I've had either all my clothes stayed on or I was always under a blanket. Weird. Oh well. And I feel like I have bruises all over my back today. Fun fun. Not going back. Need to find the type of place I was originally looking for with great prices. And btw - when I look at the menu she gave me - I could've gotten a ONE HOUR BACK AND FOOT MASSAGE for my price. When my lower back was out of place she was able to fix it so that I could do my job in the cafeteria with no problem with lifting or standing for 6 hrs. I feel bad because I started out with one of those (silent service please) cards on the stool ((sorry Angella)) but as the service got started, she gave me tidbits of information on what she was doing and why. She also gave me a few pointers on what i can do at home or on my own time and with that, we just started talking and she walked me through alot of the process which i loved. She was incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and every movement had a purpose. She definitely kicked my butt (which for 8 days out or surgery, it was to be expected) but it wasn't painful at all. She was able to get all the fluids moving in my body and it was very relieving. When the service was done and I stood up to change back into my clothes, I could notice a huge difference with a reduction of swelling. Even as I'm sitting at home, I expected to feel kind of crappy after because of all the toxins being pushed out but I feel great. I can not say enough good things about Angella.
