This was a very nice collaborative process, where we talked about appropriate overhangs, and how to deal with window trim that might be in the way. Templating took all 20 minutes. Within a week, we had the countertops installed, and sink mounted. They were very considerate to ask us about noise levels, since they knew we had a toddler that napped around the install time. Install was less than an hour, and it looks perfect! Just all around very professional and wonderful folks.

Left messages, then only could get responses by emailing the "info" email address and they quoted $300 to come to fix the seams. Sorry, not acceptable and we cancelled. We are going to have quartz installed in all four bathrooms, but we'll go elsewhere. Funny thing, the owner was all over us when we were buying, but have not heard from him AT ALL about this. The only other advice I would offer is to NOT get the touch faucet unless it is "hard wired", as the battery life isn't great.
