We have…read morecredits for a monthly membership to use and we've used the credits before, unfortunately we had to miss an appointment due to a family emergency and assumed they would use our membership credits but instead they charged our card on file 100% for the full service (almost $300) plus a 20% tip - this is understandable with their cancellation policy however I asked them to refund our account (but keep the tip for the therapists still) and use the credits we have on file instead, and they will not refund us. We have never missed an appointment before and this is not a good way to do business for members who have already paid monthly and have credits on the account to use. We've cancelled the membership and won't be going back or recommending this business to anyone.

I was hard-pressed for a little stress relief and paid almost twice as much as I would at my regular spot. The therapist seemed rushed, spent a lot of time talking (She was super sweet, I just didn't want to talk...) and didn't take direction very well. When asked to dig in a little more, she'd say something to the effect of "Oh, just wait for it," but never actually did. I will say, there seemed to be a TON of treatment rooms which leads me to believe they have many massage therapists. I'm sure many are very good. (And if you like lighter massages, it may not be an issue at all.) Buuuuuuut, for me, spending money on a massage is a rare treat.
