You nearly ruined our day, and I will continue to keep this review in hopes that other customers can be warned. Such a disappointing experience with Christina and Dee. They were unprepared for my wedding regardless of the documents, photos, and details I provided. They gave me a long list of services included in their day-of coordinator package, and did not deliver on more than half of them. They did not set up everything they were supposed to, did not problem solve, and were seen sitting down for most of the event. The worst part was they tried to re-negotiate important parts of the contract minutes before I was supposed to walk down the isle. I was so frustrated I cried, and nearly ruined my make-up (bridal make-up is expensive, plus we did not have time to fix it). Afterward, I tried to email Dee, the owner, to reconcile these issues, however my letter continues to be ignored. I sincerely regret my decision to hire these women.

If we had a problem we could take her to court, which we did, and won a judgement against her. She has no business license,the contract is super shady, basically worded so if any one cancels, you lose , so best advice, dont even bother with her nonsense, spend good money on a legitimate coordinator.

(Free of charge) and once we got on the phone she was extremely professional, funny, and sincere. She knew what I needed, and right away I knew I had to work with her. We made an instant connection, and I'm SO glad I found her! Throughout the past 9 months, Janice was available to me for questions I had, planning, she went with me to every vendor, helped picked our vendors, and was there for every step. Eventually I was calling her my "wedding mom". Haha! She is worth her weight in gold, and I couldn't have done it without her. My wedding was 2 weeks ago.. and it was BEAUTIFUL! But there were many other things she could've been tending to instead of sitting on her phone for the 2 hrs I was there like clean the restroom, or sanitize some toys, tidy literally anything! I understand there's kids playing and a mess will be made again but come on .. the painting area needed refilling, the paint containers were near empty and the paper for the area as well. Keep things stocked so they're actually be able to be enjoyed. Why can't the staff stay on top of these things ? & the thing is, it's been like this EVERYTIME I've come .. that's pretty sad. It was also pretty hot in there since it's summer but the worker couldn't even bother to turn on the fans.. these may seem like little things but they definitely add up. Especially with little ones.
