When I first walked inside, I became excited because of all the beautiful colors and styles that greeted me. I felt like this is the place I'm going to find my dress and I was right. After a day of browsing through bridal stores around the area, my mom, sisters, and I wanted to stop at Touch of Class. Once we arrived, we were immediately helped by Brooke. The dresses were all high quality and stunning! Better yet, the prices were outstanding and fit well for those who do not want to spend two grand on a dress. After trying the second dress, it was an immediate win. My youngest sister is full of lively, talkative energy. Brooke not only rolled with it, but she got my whole family laughing. All the other places I went to were extremely formal and stuck with by-the-book conversations, making it a struggle to feel comfortable. Brooke was not only personable, but she also was not constantly trying to sell me dresses out of my price range. I paid for my dress upfront, and a nice feature Touch of Class has is they will hold onto your dress for however long. I will be scheduling alterations soon through them. Absolutely 5 stars, if I could give it 10 I would!! I brought my daughter here to look for a Homecoming dress after we'd been everywhere else. She found the perfect dress almost immediately! The price was reasonable and they were able to order in her size. I didn't have to even pay a deposit and if it comes in and doesn't fit correctly, we have no obligation to buy. Halley the manager was SO knowledgeable, professional and fun. Whomever writes her paycheck needs to double it! Haha I told the manager that I was concerned for the next few years when I would have 4 kids in HS at the same time. Apparently they do layaway and allow you to pay over time. And get this! Once you pick your dress and tell them your High School, they basically hold that dress and no one else at your high school can get it! What a neat idea!! Ok so as you can see, I was absolutely smitten with this place. I have another 6 years and four kids to get through dances. This will be our Go To place from now on!! read more

I LOVE Touch of Class! In August 2017, I bought a wedding dress here after going to several big box stores. You can immediately tell the quality at Touch of Class is above and beyond the competitors. In January 2018, I decided to switch my wedding dress, and Halley was the biggest help! I came in without an appointment, she was able to help me find a new dress, as well as talk through all the possible alterations. The exchange was super easy, and there was no additional charge, even with her ordering the inital dress for me. I took my wedding dress in for consignment. I was told to fill out a form on the dress with my information. It was looked at. All was good except the lady told me that I would have to have the dress cleaned and then to bring it back in and she would get the rest going. So, I had it professionally cleaned at JC cleaners. It was not cheap. I brought it back in and the lady there looked at it and said sorry. We are not taking anything new right now. Bring it back in the spring. I told her I was already on the list and filled out my form. I was just turned away. Horrible business. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends and my family, Dean Z, Lana Raquel Photography, and any others who once supported this business now know how I was treated. read more

This place was amazing! From the moment I walked in on day 1, Halle (I might be spelling it incorrectly) was incredible. I told her an idea of what I wanted and within a short period of time, we found the perfect dress! Every time I came in to do a fitting or make a payment, Halle greeted me like I was her best friend every time and showed genuine interest about the wedding and my overall well-being. Shopping for my bridal dress went great. Everything after my purchases was horrendous. Bought my dress in November and it's now 5 months later, a month until my wedding, and my dress is not done. They messed up the alterations, many times when my dress was "done" simple things like hooks were not even connected when I went to try the dress on. They rarely called and told me my dress was ready I always had to call and ask myself. Every time I voiced a concern, they stated "prom season is just so busy"... well I bought my dress in November and surely a wedding is slightly more important than prom season. It was excuse after excuse and poor service. Once you buy the dress they don't care. They made my bridal dress shopping experience one I won't forget.. for awful reasons full of stress and disappointment. read more
