The outside seating isn't my favorite since it's on the front sidewalk and can get a little busy, but we got there close to when they opened for a weekend brunch so I don't know if that's why the service moved a little bit slow, but we were enjoying ourselves so it was too much of a bother. I've ordered off of both their dinner and brunch menu, both were winners! Everything I've had has always been flavorful and they give very generous portions. My wife and I have learned that if we share an app, there is no way we can finish an entree as well so be prepared for leftovers. I've had several different gyros and have greatly enjoyed them all. Their fries are consistently crunchy and flavored well. OHHHHHH. I also LOVE that they serve Turkish coffee - it reminds me of my childhood and it's just so delicious. All in all I for sure recommend to anyone. I will continue eating there and sharing it with others!

Unfortunately, this visit didn't quite live up to my previous experiences. The fries and deep fried mushrooms were good starters to begin with. However for the entree, the presentation was beautiful, and everything looked great when it came out, but the flavors just weren't there this time. The rice was noticeably dry, and some of the meats were a bit dry as well. Overall, the meal felt like it was missing the flavor I've come to expect from this place and was sad that 2 of my friends had a similar experience. That said, our server was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout the meal, which definitely helped make the experience more enjoyable. I'll certainly be back because I know this restaurant is capable of better, and I'm hoping this visit was just an off night.

The ambiance is absolutely stunning. The food is beyond creative and tasty, and the knowledge of our server, Gary - who also happens to be the son (and spirit curator)of the owners. I would give my/our experience a 10/10. I can't wait to come back and listen to live music with our entire family.

We were warmly greeted at the door by Lisa Mesxzaros, one of the family that owns and runs the restaurant. She proudly explained that her sons work on the distilling and her daughter is a superstar with breads and baking. She explained that the name Mosaic distillery comes from the concept of bringing all their talents together to build the business! We were seated quickly in the warm, modern tasting room, with sage and copper accents and a view into the distillery. We ordered delicious cocktails-the winter lemon drop, the Hot 500 (with Calabrian pepper spices) and a Golden Beet Down. We doubled down on these vodka cocktails; the distillery will soon offer gin as well (probably February). Our food was beautifully plated and everything tasted amazing. We shared a butter flight with 3 flavors (lemon curd merengue butter, sage & brown butter and rosemary tallow) served with 3 excellent breads, grilled and served warm. Then we had an awesome cheese board featuring caramelized Brie, grilled halloumi, honeycomb and more. For dinner we split a mushroom confit over parsnip puree--outstanding--and sizzling beef and chimichurri lamb kebabs. I have no photos of these because we ate them too quickly! Absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly. I'd planned to finish off with an espresso martini but I was too full... Maybe next time! Congratulations Mosaic--I hope to return soon!
