I went back to Rooms to Go Kids to pick out a different bed. He measured and set delivery for today. I asked for a timeframe and was unable to get one, but I was told sometime today, July 8. His notes (I spoke to Krista at Rooms to Go who seems to be very helpful) states I may cancel delivery. Yes, this was advised because why do my girls have to go a week without a bed and no timeframe for a delivery. He said he would leave open for all day Monday (today) as I was weighing my options, but he didn't. Yet, they're sitting on over $1600.00 of my money. It surely wasn't refunded. Krista assured me she will get a timeframe for what's convenient for me this Saturday, but Jerry, you are a horrible manager only concerned about your profits, not the customer.
