The private lot but it's basically a large room filled with dusty products that haven't been purchased and probably never will due to the age of the item. Very Amish oriented and for the people that don't live in that way the items are of zero use. This isn't a grocery store. They sell fabric and farm equipment along with kitchen wares. Lots of sewing supplies and such things along the lines of that. If there is a specific item like that you're looking for the. This would be the place. I also found the employees to be unfriendly and judgy because I wasn't Amish. Or at least that's how I felt. I wouldn't go back but it id locally owned so I would support it if I had something there I needed.

I visited Recovery Room on Goshen Road to purchase fabric for my chairs. When I asked the owner,…read morewho claimed to be an expert, how many yards I would need to cover six chairs, he seemed unsure and began estimating--five, six, seven yards. Based on his suggestion, I purchased five yards, plus he gave me the small amount left on the roll for free. After covering my chairs, I realized I only used about two to two-and-a-half yards. Feeling frustrated that I was advised to buy far more than I needed, I returned to the store to request a refund for the excess fabric I had paid for. To my surprise, the owner rudely refused and insisted they wouldn't take back anything--even though I wasn't asking to return the free portion. When I pressed for a refund, he escalated the situation and threatened to call the police, which he did. This experience showed me that the business lacks professionalism, honesty, and respect for customers. An owner who refuses to stand by their advice and treats customers with hostility doesn't deserve repeat business or recommendations. Based on this encounter, I'll never return and wouldn't suggest this business to anyone. Would you want to support a business like that?

That said, I'm disappointed with their prices. I know EVERYTHING is more expensive, but it looks like they raised their prices on everything including fabric they've had before tariffs and a bad economy kicked in. $14+ for a yard of regular price quilt cotton is really high even for a local quilt shop.
