The price for "bubble" tea such as the "World Famous Signature Drink" featured on their menu, pictured with boba, deceptively does not include the price of boba and they automatically double the boba cost if you get a large making for a $9 drink. I was also informed that staff only receives the cash tips and any tips on a card just go directly to the owner which is pretty selfish and messed up in my opinion. We passed by totally tea while we were in the mall. They offer two sizes on the menu but you only have the choice of getting the large one. I got the brown sugar milk tea and something was off about the tapioca ( usually it's soft, this one was too rubbery), the prices make no sense it's different than what they have on their board. i was quite excited to get bubble tea here, but after consuming one of the drinks i assure you i will never drink bubble tea again. i pulled out a clump of powder from my drink and i was astonished by the fact of how carless and unsanitary the stand was. not to mention the fact that when i order my REGULAR sized drink they automatically charged me a large. it was $7 and they pulled out minute maid lemonade...for a $7 drink.
