I needed crème de Violette liqueur for certain craft cocktails. While I am uncertain if I will like the flavor, I do at least want to try an Aviation and a Water Lily. Total had two different liqueurs in stock!! I also bought a few other liqueurs. I don't drink often these days, so if I do, I want something extraordinary and extravagant. Craft cocktails are the way to go, IMO. I also obtained several small crystal cocktail glasses for serving the cocktails. I didn't get them at Total Wine, though. I'm absolutely thrilled with the selection here! read more

So many choices, but I came in specifically for one item...which I would never have found without asking for help. The staff was quick to point me to the right place and I was in and out quickly. read more

I am a big total wine fan, they are my go to shop for alcohol. The selection here is huge! Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations on what to buy and ask questions you may have. The staff here are super helpful and friendly! They usually have someone who specializes in each section. They also have little notes by the labels/price for staff recommendations so keep an eye out for those too. I'm a wannabe wine snob (just got a wine cooler and have taken a trip to Napa), so I really appreciate all the knowledge the staff have to share! P.S. download the app for offers to save some money. read more

Total Wine & More is a one-stop paradise for anyone who enjoys a good drink! The store offers an impressive array of options, from an extensive wine selection to a vast variety of whiskey, tequila, vodka and more. Whether you're a connoisseur or just looking to explore something new, you'll find plenty to choose from here. One of the best perks? The in-store samplings, (officially) held Thursday through Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome, and it's a great way to discover new favorites without commitment. If tequila's your thing, be sure to chat with Bill, the resident tequila expert. His passion and knowledge make the experience even better--he's always ready to recommend something unique and share insights about the best bottles. I grabbed a nice bottle of "Tears of Llorona" which will no doubt make a very lovely holiday gift. With its wide selection and friendly, helpful staff, Total Wine & More is more than a store--it's an experience! read more

Staff seems to have HeadUpAss syndrome. Arrived and haphazard older girl attending pickup said "I can't login" let me call someone. The someone guy showed up to help and commented it can take 1.5 hours to login to the app so we can help you. Than said "usually one second" and we can help you. He is confused or stoned. Totally discourteous and not customer focused. Reminds me of "the children are Minding the store". But they are NOT. Typical children, untrained, non-caring, inept. This was 11am on a Friday and store was dead. Sad. Time to fine another supplier that hires adults. read more

Probably the best Total wine and More I have been to....and let's say I have been to my good share of them. First of all they have amazing service. Every single associate I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable ( I did not know CO gets a high allocation of Buffalo Trace due to the large consumption of Fireball...same company Sazerac). Found O'dell IPA in glass ( they are phasing out to cans....blasphemy I says) And whilst perusing the Bourbon aisle I found a last bottle of Knob creek single barrel store pick...just awesome. This location has EVERYTHING....great beer selection, anything a wine snob could want ( Great French, Italian, Spanish, Californian....etc). The liquor selection is pretty fantastic too... massive walls of everything under the sun. This location is so great I might have to drive all the way back down to Centennial to visit again. Thank you TW&M! read more

Love going to their classes - too bad Mark moved, because he was extremely knowledgeable and just a fun guy. Tastings are frequent and fun! Prices are generally very good, and selection is amazing. Always friendly service. My go-to. read more

In the Greater Park Meadows Mall area, there are 3 large vendors that will do their best to separate you from your money to purchase alcohol. 1. Costco in Lone Tree. 2. Davidsons Liquors on County Line and Holly. 3. Total Wine & More. Davidsons and Total must send their employees 1x a month to Costco to ensure they are price competitive. Seriously, at least for the spirits carried by the Lone Tree Costco, the prices at all 3 places are within 1% of each other. In terms of my spirits (bourbon, whiskey/whisky, cognac).... Total has a better selection of bourbon and cognac, Davidsons is better for Scotch and Irish Whiskey. My main complaint with Total is their free tastings (not to be confused with their classes). It's AWESOME that they have free tastings Thursday-Saturday. But their tastings marketing is...nonexistent. Sometimes there are independent vendors, sometimes there aren't. The 'corporate' tasting seems to rotate their wines monthly if not sooner. But the corporate spirits? Maybe 1x a quarter. Disappointing and IMHO, huge missed opportunity. They do have a decent selection of Colorado spirits. But to earn 5 stars, they could be a bit better. read more

This has got to be the biggest and nicest total wine I have been to!! Like wow!!! I was in the area for work and decided to walk around. The whiskey/bourbon section was amazing!!! They had an awesome selection. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. I got some minis and got carded and since I had an out of state license it had to be verified by the manager, but everything was fast and efficient. read more

Even though it's a drive for me, Total Wine is my go to liquor store because of their prices and selection. I'm a bit of a tequila snob and they have the most premium, additive free tequila in stock. They always have amazing deals and specials going on. It pays to be a loyal member as your points add up and you can easily earn rewards. Curbside pick-up is fast and friendly as is their home delivery. read more

Bait and switch coupons They give out coupons for next purchase marked "WD WINE" and don't explain-- no discount for you! Called when we got home; first employee had very poor english skills. Was unable to understand. Asked for someone else, he hung up on me. Called again and got same lady who rang us up. When I asked why coupon was not honored, she said very snarkily, "don't you ever shop here?" like I was an idiot. Will never shop here again. NEVER EVER. Plenty of other places to go. Back of receipt says "ROSS Stores"...guess that explains it. read more

Total Wine does well with its pricing, and always works hard to answer questions, find what we need, and treat us with dignity and respect.

BEWARE of the prices at the centennial location. While some items are a good deal, the tequila is so over priced. Tried to get them to price match and they wouldn't . Codigo 1530 anejo at total wine is $194.00. Bevy's in Parker is $109.00 every day and currently has is on sale for $99.00. I have shared with the manager on several occasions they are way out of line on pricing. Because of this I have stopped shopping this location. It don't applies to all locations, in Arizona and Texas they have great pricing. Additionally, I have first hand knowledge the managers don't treat there employees very well. Consider alternatives. read more

great. Always on time, polite, courteous. Highly recommend. Happy to give a glowing reference.

Went in with my 50 year old brother, my 80 year old mother and my 20 year old daughter. Cashier woman asked us all for ID and refused to sell us beer because my daughter was not 21. Their ID policy was cited, and I expect this to appear in a canned response to this posting. We were told that my daughter was not allowed to enter the store being under 21 (we were told that despite being with two fifty something's and her grandma). They are a not allowed to sell to our "group" because she was not of age. But we could come back tomorrow without her. Um, okay. Incidentally as we left without being allowed to purchase six single beers, I remembered seeing a blond man shopping in the store with his blond young son. Totally normal, right? I have a hunch that he would be treated well and maybe post a nice review of this place. Not sure why we were treated so poorly. We happen to be Asian though. Get ready for the canned response from the store, because here it comes....doesn't matter because I'm never coming back. read more

Total Wine is Liquor heaven. I can only hope to be burried here after I pass. So many options, it's like the costco of liq stores. They seriously have every kind of drink you could want. They even have non-alcoholic beer and cocktails and lots of mixing/crafting supplies for at home bartenders!!! ALSO they have CHEESE. Thats right, cheese and meats. Perfect for a wine pairing or charcuterie night at home!! Such an amazing variety from $12 PBR to $2,435 tequila, pick your poison! The staff was so sweet and really helpful, our coupons never work here but the manager always honors that we have them on the app regardless. They have restrooms as well, for customers (like us) that spend more than 30 minutes shopping for booze lol. read more

What more can I say? This place will push out all the small mom and pop stores out of the business. Huge inventories of so many different varieties and also awesome price. Look... If you don't mind being told house brands are the same things as name brands, and you don't mind salespeople who have questionable knowledge, then Total Wine might be the place for you. Sure, their prices are lower than nearly everywhere else, but that comes at a cost. No matter where I am in the country, I can walk into Total Wine and have some salesperson tell me how Two Stars Bourbon is "the same thing as" Buffalo Trace Bourbon when I didn't want their opinion. It happens every single time. I will point out that I am a whiskey reviewer, that what they told me is absolutely untrue, and it is like Christmas to them. They want to tell me about how superior Spirits Direct whiskeys are. I have heard salespeople tell customers how certain whiskeys are allocated in an attempt to get them to buy what's on the shelf. Again, not true. So, why do I shop at TW? Because they have an impressive selection of 50ml "airplane" bottles, which are great for me to get and then review. Ignore whatever the salespeople tell you. Chances are it is embellished if not an outrageous lie. Cheers! read more

Total Wine and more is a one stop shop for all your beverage needs, all the way from affordable, top shelf and even those rare exotic finds. I normally used to shop BevMo in California but there aren't any of those here in Colorado. Parking lot was busy as it is located in a shopping center that has lots of shops and is across from a mall. As with most parking lots , parking can be easier if not parking right up front. At the front entrance there are face masks , sanitizer wipes , and hand wipes. They have people monitoring how many people are coming into the store but the store is so large it's very easy to shop and stay safely distanced. It was a weekend and the store had lots of vendors in , sampling products and giving free merchandise away , that was fun! White Claw was there and had asked me to pose for some promo photos , gave me loads of free merch. Sunglasses, a Rain water bottle , cold beverage cup, chapstick , a special coosie designed to hold White Claw cans, keychain bottle opener and more. I hit the swag jackpot. And of course free White Claw seltzers. Got watermelon and mango cans. I happened to be wearing a casual chic white and black outfit, I see what you did there White Claw! My kitchen now looks like it's sponsored by White Claw hard seltzer LOL! I came to check out if they sold Broken skull IPA by El Segundo brewing company , however they didn't carry any. It seems El Segundo brewing company has lost their distributor and I'm out Stone Cold Steve Austin's Broken Skull beer out here in Colorado (sad face). I was also eager to try Jensen Ackles "Family Business" IPA out of Texas but they don't have anything out of Texas here at this Total Wine. I went with my usual Irish whiskey by Conor McGregor: Proper 12. I enjoy it very much. I already have plenty of bottles of Blantons however I still try to see if any places carry it , it's nice to collect those bottles. And I was gifted some money to buy a bottle of wine to make some sangria so I went with some Stella Rose Black for that. I love walking up and down the isles looking all the new cocktails I can make , they have everything you can think of for your bar. I almost bought another bottle of Ace of Spades , however I'm waiting until Thanksgiving or Christmas for that. I'll definitely be back , everybody who works here was very nice. read more

Total Wine's been our favorite liquor store since we lived in Lynnwood, WA. They won us over with the staff's expertise and knowledge of the products. Up there, there was a little older guy named Mike. We sought him out each time we went into the store. He had such great recommendations. We didn't talk to anyone else in the store. He was OUR GUY! In 2018 we moved to Castle Rock and surprisingly, Total Wine was one of the Washington places we missed. When they opened the Denver store we drove all the way up there for the experience of opening day. That was a bit far to drive so, imagine our delight when one opened in Centennial! It's not Castle Rock but it's close enough. The staff here, just like at the others, are pretty well versed on the selections. They're never pushy or trying to force you into a purchase that isn't right for you. This last trip, I was looking for a new Scotch. I had a $200 bottle in my hand. The salesperson, while pointing at Scotches said something like, "If you didn't like that one but you liked that one, you should not buy that bottle you've got in your hand. You'd be better off with this." Left the store with a $70 bottle of Scotch which is actually pretty amazing. Now all we need is for Mike to transfer down here(if he still works for you guys) and the world will be perfect. read more

This total wine is HUGE! Total wine is usually my go to for beer shopping but this location is significantly larger than most that I have been to. I really appreciate the large selection of the singles because I wanted to make my own 6 pack. The singles section is diviede by beer type making it easy to track down your favorite types of beers to try in your 6 pack. I did see a package of Churro Stout that I wanted to try but could not find a single of. I asked an employee and he helped me look and when we could not find it he told me to just take one out of the package to add to my 6 pack. This was awesome especially for popular beers that they run out of singles on. With the wide selection at this Total Wine there is no way you will not be able to find a favorite. read more

What would normally be a 5 star review needs to be bumped down two stars because of how bad Carolan's customer service was. After making snide, passive aggressive comments about what I was purchasing, she then proceeds to just ignore me for the remainder of the transaction and talk on her radio, like not even responding to anything, literally bringing up questions to ask the other staff. Inevitably, she'll get stuck with some rude customers, and you know what? She kinda deserves it. Hopefully more than the other, much nicer, and just generally better overall, people who work here. read more

This is a great store with good alcohol and very helpful employees. Everything is well laid out and easy to find and there's an excellent selection. Best Liquor Store in Colorado. Selection is second to none and the Customer Service was Amazing. You can spend hours roaming and seeing beverages you didn't know existed. There are direct from Winery selections that are really cool too. While I have not tried their Classes, there is a large classroom for tastings and classes about different beverages.
