I was impressed with this store. Great location, parking Unbeatable prices on many but of course not all items. Extremely good customer service. While browsing the huge array of products it didn't take long for an extremely professional employee to offer help or partake in light conversation. When quizzed about the origins of the firm I was given details about the founding of this firm in a very proud and ambitious tone. Can honestly say that if this company is able to stay profitable in this very competitive and assuredly low margin business that they may give local competitors a run for their money. Terrible customer service and staff with a rotten attitude who can't be bothered to help

I have some mobility challenges and today, Assistant Manager Rick Leo provided me with the utmost accommodations and customer service!

Our first time shopping at this location. We went at 10 am on a Wednesday. Great selection of wine and craft beers and very good prices. We asked for help finding things on several occasions and were taken directly to the right spot by cheerful staff. Our checkout experience with Janet was efficient and pleasant. read more

After browsing through the store, I can honestly say that this is the best liquor store I've ever been inside. Massive selection, well organized, wide aisles, brightly lit, and AMAZING PRICES. I'm talking double take, "did I accidentally drive to New Hampshire?" prices. You could spend a lifetime going through their selection. Good selection of beer and ciders -- prices are no different than other packies in the area; however, the customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking. An employee stared my husband down while he walked into the self-service cooler and then followed him in. When my husband gave the customary "Hi, how ya doin?", he received absolutely no response but a blank stare. Ooookay. I understand a store's need for loss prevention, but to not give a response or even a "Can I help you find anything?" was a bit strange. The cashier at checkout was painfully slow; talking to herself awkwardly, roughly dragging each bottle across the scanner to the point we thought she was going to start breaking them and slamming each into the bag. She then ordered we take the beers from our "make your own 6 pack" out of the pack so she could scan them. As a cashier, I'd expect this task as being well within her capacity, but it appears she simply could not be bothered. After finalizing our purchase, there was no "thank you", just a "here you go" as she handed us the receipt. I should also note that although it was a Saturday evening, there was nobody in line behind us. We do not expect to be back soon. If we do find ourselves back there, we'll certainly avoid the older cashier who seems did not want to be there in the first place and employees who think intimidation is a best practice in customer service. I'm all for EOE, but I think the managers should take basic social skills into consideration when hiring their staff. read more

Top notch liquor store! This place is seriously like a toy store for adults. They have everything you could ever dream of and most of the time the prices cannot be beat! They even have a corner of the store all for local products. It is the only liquor store we go to now. Customer service is out of this world always super helpful and I am impressed how knowledgable they are on the products. Tip: place an online order and they'll have it ready for pick up. You can't beat the prices when you do "mix 6", have fun! read more

This place is awful. They are always out of product. I've been here 4 times looking for specific wines and they just never have it. Amazing that such a big store could have a consistently poor selection. Salespeople know zero about the products (and admit it). Their supposedly low prices are easily beat by local competitors more established in the area. And the cashiers are snotty and officious. On my last visit they wouldn't even let me take an empty cardboard box at the checkout. I will never return. read more

My new favorite place!!!! This place is huge and awesome it's an Adult play land,lol there are wines and beers from all over the world. I don't know how many different Vodkas, Whiskeys and so much more. I finally found my moscato seven daughters!! Yes I bought the case!!! No I am not an alcoholic it's when we have family dinner parties I have something to offer the wine drinkers, so this is my chance. I really liked this place I will definitely be back!!! Great selection of craft and local beers, and lots of variety! They also carry an extensive wine selection. We had no problem finding our favorites. The prices are really good for everything; we actually compared prices at several stores for our favorite items. The store is huge, clean and easy to get around with your cart - which is usually more full than intended. Nice to find a one-stop-shop for all of our booze needs. read more

Great selection with good pricing, They have a great scotch and bourbon section as well as craft beers and hard to find vodkas. The one thing that turned me off from Total Wine in Danvers is the sales people always pushing the spirits direct brand, I fell for it and bought a bottle of Grangestone without doing any research then once I got home and saw lack luster reviews as well as it being there own brand I decided to return it and grab a different brands bottle. I hate pushing sales people especially ones hell bent on selling there own brand. read more

Went there this past Saturday, this store is big and a great selection. I was shopping for a chardonnay when one of wine employees came over asked if I needed help, I said I was all set. This employee kept pushing me into buying one of there own brands ( guessing he makes commision on there product direct wines) he really was pushy and turned me off to this store. I will not be shopping at the walmart of wine again!!!! read more

This store is like Walmart for alcohol, it has a huge selection and you can get lost here, unfornutaley the prices on beer, liquor, and wine seem to be about the same or more than other stores in the area, but the major complaint I have about this place is the service. Like I said this place is a warehouse and finding select products and certain brands can be difficult, and when I asked an employee for help, she ignored me (yes she was wearing an earpiece) but still I have wore an earpiece and know when someone is trying to get my attention. I got into her personal space and she basically told me she didn't know if they had that product in stock then she asked another employee if he could help me he pointed at the shelf to his right and said if we had it, it would be there and proceeded to run off. Yes that is not an exxageration, he ran off. I have never had a six foot five male run away from me, but hey there is a first for everything. Plus the female employee had already vanished as well. I ended up buying a 12 pack that I could have got somewhere else closer to my house, I would give this place a one star, but to be fair they do have a huge selection, just don't expect any help or good customer service. read more

I usually love Total Wine but just returned and felt like I needed to write this. With restrictions currently in place I understand the frustration people are feeling but I believe good interaction is still important. Picked up one bottle and went to the register. The couple in front of me had a cart full, as did the person behind me. Standard. After filling numerous plastic bags (Why are they still using these) the person tried to pay but their card was denied. So, they began returning various items. Picking through the bags, etc. After a few minutes I looked over at the online pick up area. The other lines were full so I asked if I could pay there. There were 3 men standing talking, one was wearing what I believe to be a manager badge. One man pointed to the sign and shook his head no. I waited a few more minutes and then looked over at the manager and said she needs help. The cashier was still pulling things out of the bags, reviewing the cost and putting them back. The manger held up his hands indicating he couldn't help. After another 5 minutes I saw the manger leaving the group and thought he was coming over to help the girl. He just looked at her and kept walking. What ever happened to supporting your fellow workers. This woman struggled while these three men chatted away, and yes, I was frustrated. read more

They opened April 26th, 2017. The store is huge and has a great variety. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke to several about the stock. They were great. The prices are the lowest I've seen anywhere. Woohoo indeed! read more
