He reported, slipping and falling on something wet, which leads me to believe that the facilities weren't being properly monitored for cleanliness and safety around children. The following week, my son fell in his lip was busted, but the team in charge of kids academy really had no explanation as to how that happened either. Finally, in an attempt to relax recently, I chose to enjoy the steam room and hot tub on site. Both rooms had mold on the floor, and when I went to take a shower, I found that someone had detangled their hair and smeared it on the wall of the shower and that no one had bothered to clean it up. At over $200 a month for the membership you would expect that maintenance will be available and that I would not have had hair balls flying at me when I tried to get in the shower, but that is not the case. I reported this issue to the front desk and they gave me the email address to their manager. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong email address and the email bounced back. I copied the overarching Life Time email address in my communication and all I received was an automated email saying that my membership has been canceled. No acknowledgment of my experiences there. Extremely disappointing.

I was given a free introductory workout (!) and introduced to using new state of the art equipment. Jessika was my trainer, and she coached me in a positive and supportive manner. I was amazed to find out that there was always 1 to 1 training, including dietary information. They took my whole health history, and remember to accommodate for my specific issues at each workout. That said, Matt has encouraged me to get stronger and take responsibility for my conditioning. I'm almost 65 and the HIIT (high intensity interval workouts) have been a huge factor in improving both cardio and adding some physique definition. I also appreciate that they all clean up after themselves and disinfect their workout equipment after every use..always!!! All the employees are excellent in customer service and will go out their way to assist you! They are professional and always acknowledge me with a smile and work hard to keep the gym clean as possible. Also .. the music is great and not very loud as the other gyms I've visit. Located on the side of Cedarbrook Plaza shopping center it was previously LA Fitness, that moved to Greenleaf at Cheltenham Shopping Center. There is lots of free parking. They must of gutted the whole place, cause it's brand spankin new! I'm a picture taker, but didn't want to look like a stalker taking pictures of everything. People might think I'm taking their picture while working out :/ but I managed to get a few shots of the gym :) I didn't ask management to help me figure out the equipment, just did the best I could, even though they were very nice and friendly. Lots of ellipticals, treadmills, weights, bikes. abd & stretch etc... Haven't tried it yet, but they have hydromassage rooms for those sore spots. Also beautiful new shower stalls and bathrooms. Everything was nice and clean! I am really impressed with this gym! For the price, you can't beat it!
