It sure did, I felt like a zombie after leaving, but in a good way. I swear just one session helped my greatly. I found out my insurance covers acupuncture treatments and have been coming ever since. My stress levels are down as well as anxiety, and I just feel good after I go. What are you waiting for? Book an appointment as give it a go!

I have since finished with my Groupon sessions and am intending on returning to see Dr. Norini on a regular basis. She is very knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful. Before each session, she will sit and talk with you about your physical/emotional concerns, will recommend a course of action, and will take time to explain everything to you. It is so refreshing to meet with a doctor who is invested in your personal well being, and takes the time to check in with you and discuss matters with you. She has a very calm demeanor, and I have never felt rushed if I come in with a long list of concerns and questions. Personally, she has helped me with my high stress levels, back pain, hormonal imbalances, chronic digestive problems, and overall well-being. I have seen quicker results in 6 visits with her than I have over the years when I've brought these concerns to therapists, psychiatrists, ob/gyns, and gastroenterologists combined. I feel great. Dr. Norini has a very practical and holistic approach in her practice. She blends Eastern and Western medical practices to suit your needs. She is very objective, and if she feels that your concerns may be better treated with seeing a medical specialist or seeing a general practitioner associated with a hospital elsewhere, she will tell you that. In my particular experience, she has recommended that I get certain blood work done elsewhere so that she can better assess my physical concerns. I am currently a student and in-between jobs, as well as without health insurance, and Dr Norini has been very helpful in offering different types of affordable payment plans for people in my situation. It has been a struggle for me to find reasonable payment plans (even with doctors I have seen for over a decade) without insurance, and Dr Norini offers plans that are affordable for everyone. Each session with her could easily cost $100+, and I am so thankful that she finds a way to make her quality healthcare services affordable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Norini at Whole Body Health and Wellness. She's great!

I had such a horrible experience there, felt so pressured into buying a long term treatment plan, and the whole office was incredibly unprofessional. I gave up on finding a chiropractor until I started having debilitating knee pain that was getting in the way of my workouts. My fitness instructor recommended Dr. Ariana (a chiro for knee pain? Worth a shot!). Dr. Ariana immediately did an outstanding job of helping me understand how my entire body was having an effect on my knee pain. She helped tailor exercises specific to my needs for me to work on outside of our sessions and DID SO MANY MAGICAL THINGS DURING THE SESSIONS TO HEAL ME! Adjustments, muscle work, therapeutic ultrasound, graston, electro stim - she does it all!!! I am so impressed with how much Dr. Ariana has helped me over the past year. My body is in markedly better condition than last December. Honestly words cannot do this woman justice!!!!!! I wish I could give her a trillion stars. GO SEE HER!

After years of lower back pain and sciatica, I had reached a point where I could barely walk a few minutes without stopping to stretch. Sitting hurt, standing back up hurt, and there were days when I could barely stand straight. We were also expecting our second child, and one of the reasons I finally reached out was simply because I wanted to be physically able to help my wife and keep up with my kids. Dr. Karwowski was friendly, direct and realistic from the beginning. I had already seen other chiropractors who gave me temporary relief, and I told her I wanted something more sustainable. We worked through chiropractic care along with physical therapy, and gradually I started getting stronger and having fewer of those bad days. Today, in 2026, I've run half marathons and full marathons and can chase my kids around without constantly thinking about my back. That means a lot more to me than I can probably put into a review. Dr. Karwowski and the team at Prime Health Solutions have played a major role in that journey. They've always been welcoming and have even found ways to fit me in when I was having a bad day and needed help. If you're dealing with ongoing back pain and wondering whether it's worth getting another opinion, I would personally recommend talking with Dr. Karwowski. They also accept insurance.

My husband has been going to Dr. Cortis for chiropractic work, as well as acupuncture treatments,…read moreon his lower back for some time. He was originally referred to Dr. Cortis by one of her existing patients after a trip abroad left my husband in agony with lower back pain. After a couple of visits, along with prescribed back exercise homework, my husband was good as new. He was so grateful that she was able to help him rid his lower back pain, that he's been raving about her practice since. As time would dictate; I was eventually in need of some acupuncture treatments for myself, and there was only one physician of which we both could think. Seeing as I was new to acupuncture, I initially went into Dr. Cortis' office a little scared and very anxious. That is, I didn't know that I was anxious, until I was on Dr. Cortis' chiropractor bed and was overcome with anxiety. Had it not been for her patient demeanor, I don't know if I could have ever completed my acupuncture treatments. Dr. Cortis was not only very professional and knowledgable, but she was also caring, gentle, and considerate with me. Dr. Cortis took her time during the acupuncture process to fully explain exactly what she was doing and the benefits which would follow. Not only did her demeanor help me to overcome my anxiety in the midst of my treatment that day, I have been able to return to Dr. Cortis for multiple treatments since then.

Dr. Amy Cortis was excalty what I needed and I strongly recommend her! I was having neck issues that I thought would just go away (I'm 25 and a starving artist and rarely go to doctors fearing the cost!) but this pain would not go away. I called my parents and they told me one of their friend's daughter was a chiropractor/acupuncturist in Chicago and very close to where I lived! How perfect right?! I gave her a call and the rest is history! Number one, and most important to me she was super affordable! She has a private office, so no annoying waiting room. Her office was clean and it was really nice not having to interact with anyone but her. I told her what was bothering me and she went to work. To be honest, I've always been pretty skeptical about acupuncture, and I still won't say it's my favorite, but I immediately felt better after the session. I don't know what else to say, it was all just so simple! I was very comfortable in her home and she must know what she's doing because now I go once a month and feel great!
