Our brand new home turned out to have a truly catastrophic foundation defect. Every expert who…read morereviewed it was stunned at the extent of the problems. Church was contracted by our home insurance company to execute the repair. It was a long and drawn-out process, especially since the more they explored the foundation the more problems they discovered with the build. Although Church was technically working for our insurance company, our point person Grant Dodson made it very clear at all times that he was very focused on us feeling well taken care of. He was incredibly responsive, replying to messages literally at all hours, 7 days a week. He worked hard to over-deliver on what Church was technically obligated to perform. This was one of the first bright spots in a 3-year process filled mostly with stress and aggravation. We feel confident that the work Church provided has made our home even stronger than it would have been if constructed correctly from the start. We're very grateful they were on hand to take on our insane repair.

SCAMMERS! DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with these guys if you are in need of stucco work. I had to call from a second (work cell) in order to get a hold of him and of course he has since then ceased to answer that number. My issues are as follows: 1-The final invoice exceeded the quote considerably (see photos). I was quoted $2900 and told they might find 'a few things once we get on the ladder that might cost a few hundred more dollars.' The final invoice was $3500. That's a 20% increase from the original estimate. And they did not even fix/find everything, see item 2. 2-They did not find/fix everything. While on my own ladder today doing some yard work I noticed a large crack that Al and his team either failed to find and fix or found and chose to ignore to cut corners/save money. 3-They did not perform all services quoted. The quote included the application of solar seal caulking to areas of my balconies that was never performed. 4-As mentioned, when I reached out to Al about getting me an updated invoice and alleged 5 year warranty information, he disappeared. When I finally called him on a secondary line he told me his secretary was on maternity leave and could get me the documents when he returned. She allegedly returned to work 8/23. I am writing this review as of 9/4. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that others will not have a similar experience.

Rude tone, acted like I was wasting his time with just a repair. EDIT - owner called me up just a couple minutes ago, chewing me out because he did not like his review. Should add this guy has a bad temper. Dropped him from 2 stars to 1 because of the tantrum he threw. EDIT 2 - I see the response. Talk about a bitter response. First off, EVERYTHING I wrote was completely true. Maybe don't insult people the next time you are having a bad day. Second, I was clear in my initial search that I needed a SMALL job. If you don't do small jobs, just don't reply as if you do. Third, both phone calls with you were rude and nasty on YOUR end, sorry I am not obligated to let you insult me just because you feel like it. Maybe you just had a bad day, but you were rude and nasty. It's not smart to expect people to just take that because you feel like being a bully.
