If not so irritating the responses I havd received are almost comical. Maybe they should listen to their customers feedback and not try so hard to defend themselves. Maybe try admitting they have untrained people telling customers "off the wall" reasons they can't process their medical provider's updated prescription. Just a thought...

Our baby had plagiocephaly, a slight flatness on the right back part of her head, because she consistently preferred sleeping a certain side. Russ made himself accessible to us and was quick to respond with feedback and guidance when we texted pictures of her on the first day. Our baby was able to take her helmet off about 10 days shy of three months, and has shown a great deal of improvement in that time. We highly recommend.

I was not aware of this charge at the time of my purchased. They are not very precessional! I would give them A 0 star of I could,! I returned the knee braces before the 30 days was up. I will not go there again cuz of there dishonesty
