The staff was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed every time we asked a simple question. There was basically no customer service at all, and we felt like we were bothering them just by asking for help. On top of that, the room wasn't even fully functional. The second TV wouldn't turn on, and the lights were malfunctioning. I can't believe we paid full price for a room where multiple things weren't working. We also chose to use their YouTube Karaoke, and there were already 100+ songs in the queue from the previous groups. Shouldn't the queue be cleared before the next customers come in? I went out to ask the staff a simple question the volume, and once again, they just looked visibly annoyed that I was even asking. After reading the recent reviews, it seems like we're definitely not the only ones who have experienced the poor service here lately. Really disappointing considering how much better this place used to be.

HAPPY HOUR PRICES: I unintentionally stopped by during their Happy Hour (3pm-8pm 50% off), so instead of $30, I only paid a flat rate of $15. NEVER encountered that in the U.S before. Wow!!! SERVICE: Upon arrival, the staff member was hella chill and nice. He gave me an ipad which navigates the songs online but there are other ways you can search up songs. He did not tell me how to navigate it, but it's really easy and I was able to figure it out very quickly. Just type your song, and press play/next. He did not give me a time to start, so just incase, I put my own 1 hour timer. Although he didn't really do a run down, he did give a disclaimer that if you have any questions he is willing to help! QUALITY: The mics were very echo-y but also a good legit karaoke mic. I advice that if you don't since close to the mic it echoes less. The staff member also gave sanitary mic covers which I appreciate! AMBIANCE: I only needed a small room, and their small room fits 1-3 people yet was SO spacious!! I love how there were hella strobe lights. The bathroom was VERY clean! Saving this on my go to places when I visit OC again.

We were charged for two hours, but then they "closed early," so we were only actually there for about one hour. When we questioned the pricing, instead of handling it professionally, the guy tried handing over a crumpled $5 bill and held it up to my face like that was supposed to fix the issue. It felt disrespectful and dismissive. He also gave us "4 free waters," but later used that against us by saying they were originally $2.50 each. That made no sense because they were presented as free, then suddenly treated like a favor when we pushed back on the price. Overall, the experience was frustrating, shady, and completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun karaoke night. Customers should not have to argue over unclear pricing, be charged for time they did not get, or feel disrespected for asking basic questions. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Parking was surprisingly nice at 4pm on Sunday. Happy hour until 8pm. A lot of great songs, there's newer hits as well as older songs. Sound was great. They have bottle wines, alcohol, beer. And snacks. Only complaint is the service fee I didn't realize was added for 15% until the following day. Ofc I tipped separately not realizing there was a service charge already. Would definitely come again. Happy hour is a hit!

We had about 12 people and were placed in Room 10, which felt pretty small for our group--we all had to squeeze onto the couch to fit. The temperature was another challenge--either too hot or too stuffy with no comfortable in-between. The room had a small iPad to preload songs into the queue, but not everything we wanted was available. There was a YouTube option, but when we used it, no lyrics would show on the screen. On the plus side, the room felt clean, and they even had a cute birthday banner already set up, which was a nice touch! I do wish there had been at least a small trash can inside, though--we had no idea where to put our trash. When the night was over and we went to pay, the total was almost $500! I couldn't believe it. According to their site, for 12 people it's $126/hour plus $2 per person for bringing in your own food and drinks. I totally get the BYOB fee--it's fair--but wow, that total still felt steep. They also charged $7 for 5 disposable cups, which was a bit much. So we decided to ask our other friend to bring cups! I still had a good time and it was fun because of the company I was with, but for the price, I've been to other karaoke spots (like one in Westminster) with bigger rooms, friendlier staff, and more value for the money. Here, I felt like the staff barely acknowledged us when we arrived or left. Not a bad night, but probably not my first choice next time.

This is my husband and I's favorite spot for Karaoke in the OC! We had come here about 2 years ago…read moreand I believe it was running under another name as I was having a hard time finding it on my Maps app. I asked the main manager, that was the one helping us out for majority of the night, about the name change and he informed me that unfortunately the older woman that used to run the place passed away in recent years and now there are new owners. My husband and I arrived around 7:30 PM on a Saturday night and we were placed in a room immediately. The plaza that this establishment is at is in a busy one with restaurants all around. Parking was not hard to find around that time, but it was very busy and filling up quickly. The two times I've been here, I was able to find parking easily. That same man that helped us out was very pleasant and energetic. He informed us that they were out of the yogurt soju we wanted, so he went out of his way to one of the nearby businesses to find the soju bottle for us and said it was on the house. I asked if they had any snacks for us, and he gave us free snacks that consisted of peanuts, pretzels, and other snacks. Due to his kindness and energy, we ordered another soju bottle. The karaoke rooms itself are really spacious. The equipment is great. They use youtube so you can play almost any song you want. My husband and I found a song that we liked that is not very popular for karaoke as it is by an artist that is not well known and we were able to sing it here! There were no time limits which I really liked. We were there for about 3 hours and the prices were very reasonable. I live about an hour away from OC and there are not many karaoke options where I'm at. The closest karaoke place to me has a strict 2 hour limit and the walls are very thin. I will go out of my way to drive to this place as the parking is easy, the prices are reasonable, the music selection is broad, and the owners/employees are great. You guys have a loyal customer here! Thank you for staying open! My husband and I have definitely found our favorite karaoke spot and we plan to make trips out here more often when we can!
