I called into the store on Saturday afternoon and got no answer, so decided to wait until Monday (my scheduled return date) to deal with it. As I was a repeat customer to this point and had a good standing account I figured it would not be an issue. When I returned the saw with the gas still full and the can they provided me untouched I explained the situation. The main guy who works the counter, mid 40's spikey black hair became irate, accused me of lying and did nothing to try to ease / resolve the situation. I explained to him I intended on renting a chipper later in the month and how I rented a lift the week before and that over a $150 rental he should really offer a credit to my account, unfortunately he did not agree. I explained that over that small amount he would be losing a customer to which he told me to get out of his store and that I am not allowed to rent again. This is an unreal experience of a professional business.

We had 2 areas that needed to be regraded - around our shed where we had a low spot and 3-6 inches of water would pool in heavy rain, and around our bilco doors which would pool and leak in heavy rain. The work was done in a day + 1 hour the next, after which we got some heavy rain to test it out. No water pooled and inside the bilco doors was bone dry. On top of quality work, Jason and the team were very personable and professional. On time, worked very hard, finished faster than expected, and cost was exactly as quoted. They had quite the job of it, as most of the yard was choked with roots, which they painstakingly dug up and hauled off. After bringing in new topsoil and grading the yard to pitch properly, MBS seeded, mulched, and added decorative stone along our sidewalk and driveway. We couldn't be happier with overall experience and the final results. A great team to work with!
