When i looked, after this disaster, they were his friends and family! Don't be like me. Corey called after planned start time to say he would be an hour and a half late. Showed up 2hrs later. Corey S and his girlfriend pulled up in a sloppy car and a small ladder with a $25 hose. He used my hoses and ladder. They have poor equipment and are very unprofessional and he is argumentative, agressive and scary. They said they were finished and wanted to leave after 2 hrs of work on my 3000Sq ft, two story all brick home! I let them go after he got angry, used my ladder and hoses cuz his were not long enough. He was hired to prepare my home for trim paint. He left the brick mold, sills and screens s covered with black debris and I still have green mold growing on every brick sill. When I contacted him for a refund, he told me I should have hired a window washer!

There was no exception…read morewhen I decided to hire Lilac Cleaning for a deep cleaning because I wanted one less task to takeoff my to-do list. The owner sold me on expectations (i.e., ceiling fans, baseboards, oven, doors, glass shower, everything would be clean). I asked if there was a preference for having someone home during the clean and was told they would rather clean while you're out which was fine. I had tons of things to do. Nonetheless, I couldn't wait to book the services!!! Initially, I was told she didn't have any openings for today. She later returned and said someone could come out to clean on the day that I requested. Oh yea, I forgot to mention that I live in new construction, it's just my daughter and I, and we've only been in the place a year and a half. It's not filthy at all. We honestly could've performed the deep cleaning ourselves and guess what?! This is exactly how it looked when I returned home. I'm beyond disappointed. The owner was very polite and did offer to come out and correct the issue but my trust in what would be done without me being present again went completely out of the window. After several exchanges asking for a partial refund I was sent the following message which I just couldn't accept: "I understand. Unfortunately because I did have a cleaner there and had to pay for the labor I'm unable to comp this clean. Like I said, I'd be happy to come clean it personally, even on a date closer to when you'll be home. I sincerely apologize." My response, "Can you pay the labor and return the remainder?" The refund wasn't even half of what I paid. Needless to say, I'm still on the search for a cleaning company who delivers as promised. I learned a very valuable lesson - Just get up and do it yourself if you have the time, energy, and resources. In this instance, it's okay to be picky. Try out Lilac Cleaning for yourself. Your experience may be entirely different.

Considering that 4 construction workers had well, wrecked the place previous to our moving in... we'd often wondered who took our new place from FILTHY to FABULOUS... and it was her! Finally in the 30 years I've lived in and moved all over the place, I didn't have to lose my ever-loving mind having to completely overhaul the place because she'd already meticulously and graciously taken care of that for me... and for that I couldn't have been more grateful... as someone with asthma and severe allergies to mold, dust, and pet dander (etc).
