Imagine my surprise when I got a text yesterday, casually informing me that my sprinkler system would be shut off in less than 24 hours. No heads-up, no appointment I agreed to--nada. Apparently, my sprinklers were on their own VIP schedule, and I was just along for the ride. When I kindly requested a later date, they hit me with a $50 reschedule fee. Fifty bucks! For their scheduling plot twist? I don't think so. I called the office, and to their credit, they were willing to work with me. But my card on file had expired, and they had the audacity to ask for an updated one. Excuse me, but I'll hand over my payment details when the appointment fits my calendar, not when their system decides it's showtime. The nerve of these folks! And here's the kicker: they couldn't squeeze me in later in October because, apparently, their VIP membership club gets the red-carpet treatment. Plenty other irrigation companies to work with in the area. Thank goodness my card expired--it's like my wallet knew this operation was giving off some seriously shady vibes. I got an irrigation/sprinkler system installed and now watering my lawn is merely an afterthought. In addition, I had a flower bed put in the front of my house and it looks awesome. Apparently, Fliers doesn't believe in prescheduling loyal customers for opening/closing appts or online scheduling, like salons do. If you call in Feb to schedule your opening, she tells you to call back "when the calendar opens up", as if you'd know when that is. When you call again in March, their first available appt is JULY. Nope! It makes me suspect she caters to favorite clients, ignoring loyalty. If they revised their scheduling so regular customers can prebook and not wait until July, I'd come back in a heartbeat. My expensive gardens deserve better than this. Fliers doesn't do residential water treatment, only commercial, so if you need reverse osmosis or water softening, keep looking.

We will never recommend them and will never allow them near irrigation systems again- very disappointing with the way this owner manager handled this. I hope others don't have to experience what we did.
