Would not recommend this company. After not showing during the scheduled time and then not getting a call until 1.5 hours after the latest time they were supposed to be here, I was told I would get a call the next morning to reschedule. I then had to call them and they clearly did not care at all and said they could "put me on the list" if there was a cancellation. No apology. Nothing. Would not recommend this company for winterization of system- after they damaged our system to the tune of $400 and we brought the issue to their attention when our system would no longer work after they serviced it, the owner/manager would not admit that they caused the issue and did not seem to care at all, did not offer to make things right, and despite us being customers of several years for same service, failed to act on the issue at all. We will never recommend them and will never allow them near irrigation systems again- very disappointing with the way this owner manager handled this. I hope others don't have to experience what we did. read more

I've given these birds 3 chances to get it right, and now they're out. The first round, they had the sprinklers pummeling my house & fence. The second time, they blamed it on my yard service and left areas unsprinkled which turned yellow in the heat. The third time, the guy claimed the sprinkler head is old and they start randomly "skipping", sometimes skipping opposite ends of the rotation. Highly unlikely the skip changed ends. He swore it was getting everything sprinkled now. What I know for sure is that it didn't used to spray out in a long tube of water, skipping about 10 feet of lawn closest to the sprinkler head, and he just needed to adjust the diffuser. I will never use this business again. I told Kristy on Friday April 23, 2021 to not have the service member come back to my home. He wondered around my yard and did nothing. I asked for the water only to be turned on that is all. He came and messed with the valve and guess what it is now broken and flooding my lawn. I asked Kristy when I originally made the appointment to only have my water turned on nothing more. Kristy said that is not in the system and I called six times and they called me to reschedule. Never once did I tell them to check my sprinkler heads but apparently that is 45.00 and 123.56 to turn on my sprinkler. Well it was flooding my lawn so she told me they would have him come back and I told her no thanks. He shows up anyways knocks on my door as you can see in the cameras the whole time. He walks over to where my shut off is for my water line and shuts it off. I have a issue with my leg so I made it to the door when he stood at his truck but didn't bother telling me he shut my water off. He just got in his truck and left. I waited for six days for the owners to call me back and they never did. I spoke to an older women and a man who was screaming into the phone telling me they called me on Friday and Saturday which is a lie. I have a copy of all calls to my phone and never once did any of your companies people call my phone. This is very bad business and no owner treats a customer that way. They sure hurried to cash my check but not fix their issue. How is a company who was told not to come out to my home going to come unauthorized on my property and shut my water off? Then when I called to speak to them again as I never got a return call, he screams into the phone like a psycho and says "I've been in business for 35 years, and my guy called you on Friday and Saturday". First off I have cameras so that proves that point. Secondly, I have a phone that records all calls incoming and outgoing and can prove that you never called.
