They told us they could come over to take a look and see what they could do. They arrived in less than 30 minutes. They checked out the cat and unfortunately she was in too bad of a condition so they advised us to take her to the vet instead. They are really nice people and seem to genuinely care about animals. I was excited to reach out to them since I seen their mobile grooming van in my local neighborhood, I texted the number on the van 05/13/21 and got a prompt response. They advised they could get me in 05/14/21 between 5-5:30 which was perfect for my schedule. I sent them my info and figured I was set. To my disappointment no one ever showed up on the day of what I thought was my scheduled appointment. Very responsive. Angela had a very detailed convo with me on what she can provide, and her pricing. She was very clear and helpful, and very knowledgeable with my breed (chow) too. Once she arrived, she took the time to talk to me to get to know my dog a little, and she seemed very confident and comfortable with our 60# dog. She was very sweet and I felt like she was a good match for my dog. After the service, she offered me a repeat customer hole punch card, for discount services after so many visits. I went for ear hair removal and to clean out the anal glands for my maltipoo. My dog has issues with both of these areas and Angela did an amazing job. She removed all the hair inside her ears and cleaned her anal glands.. and my dog has a ton of ear hair and her anal glands were full, oops :p Angela has a loving touch. She was so sweet and patient with my dog and gave me a lot of information on how often anal glands need to be cleaned. She also gave my dog a easter themed collar which is sooo cute!!! The best experience I've had with a dog groomer (what's not to love about a groomer that travels to you). She is so patient and gentle with my 12 year old German shepherd. She is a perfectionist and paid attention to every inch of my senior dog, leaving him absolutely handsome. My dog was recently adopted from the pound and has some health problems, but she was super gentle and attentive to my dog and extremely knowledgeable. When she was done with my dogs grooming, his fur was so soft, he actually looked years younger! It's very clear that grooming is her passion. I would recommend her to any and everyone.
