Best massage for actual pain relief not your cookie cutter therapist that wants insurance money

I've been here a couple of times before and great results each time. Today Joshua worked on me…read more Some places talk deep tissue / sports massage but don't really seem to walk the talk. That wasn't the case here. He really got into some muscles that were spasming and tight and worked though that. I won't say it was a walk in the park, if you ask for the real deal you'll feel it and I certainly did. Everyone I have encountered at the practice seemed very professional, friendly and eager to help. Of course what helps one person will be different from the next and even different on the same person at different times. I appreciated the way they listen to what's going on and tailor your treatment to fit. Everything is clean, calm and as relaxing as an intense massage can be. Their online scheduling system makes it easy to get an appointment that works for my schedule. (They have other options if you're looking for something less intense). I've been to several clinics and this is one of the better ones, it was worth me driving from Vancouver to Wilsonville. I'll save up some cash and come back. I wasn't disappointed and I don't think you will be either.

This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've had with a small business…read more After a routine appointment, I sent a message that included a compliment and what I intended as a light, harmless comment. Instead of addressing it like professionals, the business chose to immediately ban me as a client--no warning, no chance to clarify, no conversation, no attempt to resolve anything. A professional business should be capable of basic communication before resorting to permanent decisions. The complete lack of dialogue suggests a zero-tolerance approach that leaves no room for misunderstandings or good-faith intent. They did not give me a full refund, and forced me to dispute a small portion of the charges with my bank. Despite this fact, that does not make up for how abruptly and dismissively the situation was handled. It felt less like a professional resolution and more like an impulsive decision with no regard for customer relationships. If you're considering this place, be aware that even well-intended communication can be taken the wrong way, and you may not be given any opportunity to explain yourself. Based on my experience, this is not a business that prioritizes fair or reasonable interaction with clients. The massages did not even help with completely alleviating my chronic neck and upper back pain! Once I kept it very simple by focusing on my expensive decompression sessions on the DRX 9000 combined with a device called a posture pump for creating a C-curve in my cervical vertebrae, as well as pushing up against my upper thoracic vertebrae, that is when I ACTUALLY STARTED SEEING AND FEELING PERMANENT AND LONG LASTING HEALING RESULTS!!! Greedy money worshipers that prioritize profit over healing, and other people's pain suffering. As a final side note to the business owner: Instead of reading Marvel comics, worshiping money, as well as SCI-FI action figures as your idols, go learn some social and communication skills! As someone who is trying to navigate a Chiropractic malpractice case, I did not deserve to be treated like the way I was treated.
