My goals upon entering the program were to have a healthy lifestyle overall -- making wise decisions rather than impulsive ones regarding relationships, food habits, etc. I strived to be consistent and committed, rather than giving up half way through or latching onto fads (as opposed to making plans & goals that are long term and lasting). Emily was there every step of the way keeping me accountable and aware of myself and decisions. She helped me get to the root of things that were occurring, rather than just helping me with the circumstance (which ended up helping solve way more issues in the long run). She helped me make plans and attainable goals that lead me to the outcome I was seeking. She helped me discover really what I was feeling and the 'why' behind the feeling. She also helped me become consistent with my meal regiments, lending knowledge about food, cravings, suggesting meals, and plans to take my natural supplements in a way that I could continually keep up with it. I would recommend Emily as a coach to anyone and everyone. But, especially to someone who is looking to discover more about themselves. I loved Emily's diverse offerings and approach to our sessions. She brought fun surveys and quizzes that help you think more intuitively about yourself, which I loved. I would basically describe her as an angel! In addition to her amazing listening and nonjudgmental approach, she is simply a joy to work with. She is always professional, timely, funny, and she fundamentally cares about helping her clients. My top three goals entering this program were to create a more balanced lifestyle, lose weight, and find a committed workout regime. The biggest change I have seen since working with Emily has been my ability to make better choices holistically. I've learned to listen to myself more than I did before.
