I can't recommend this wellness center enough! Walking in I was greeted by a very grounding and…read moreinviting vibe and the decor and beautiful hardwood floors were very aesthetically pleasing. I was also appreciative of how much attention to detail was given to each treatment room and they even have a section for children to read and play. I started off with a 'Life Vessel' session and Amber, one of the clinic owners, described to me the research and benefits of the chamber. I found the experience to be incredibly relaxing, so much that I returned for 3 subsequent sessions to complete the four session package. I really enjoyed the music and every session found myself going deeper into relaxation to the point that I was just as 'zenned out' as I can achieve through states only found through long-term meditation. I could immediately tell after the first session that the near infrared was working like a charm to remove toxins from my body through my lymph nodes. Later, I could see through just a few sessions a dramatic improvement in managing my stress levels so much so I would find membership to this business worth the investment. I then moved on to the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. To be honest I was somewhat nervous at first being confined to such a small space but once I sat inside there was actually more room than I was anticipating. I had a wave of claustrophobia when they zipped up the top but Andy, the other owner, was attentive and walked me through the entire process and how easy it was to unzip the top if I wanted to. Once I saw him through the window the wave ended as quickly as it came and the rest of the session was smooth sailing. Both owners continued to check in on me while the pressure increased, throughout the session, and while it was depressurizing. They also offered me a fan, reading material, and even a communication buzzer should I need anything. I ended up listening to a meditation on my phone and savored the oxygen saturation feeling! Quite addicting. Next I went on their PEMF mat. I was particularly excited about this device as I have been researching PEMF technology for a wide range of conditions and how promising it seems to be. I could feel the tingling sensation right away on my legs and Andy told me that this was evidence of increasing my blood flow and detoxing my cells (although most of the time people don't feel anything explicit which doesn't mean it's not working). Using the 'Whole Body Vibration' was a great way to finish my treatment session as I noticed later that evening when I was back at home how much it helped clear my lymphatic system. I finished up with some recharging electrolyte-rich water to complete the reboot experience. I look forward to seeing Renewal continue to "sprout" (sorry, I couldn't help myself) and the additional offerings the company will bring to their members!

I'm looking forward to the several more rounds of the 10-pass that I've got scheduled. The whole team at Om Integrative Medicine are lovely people and really make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this clinic, I would give 10 stars if I could!

Had to try it for myself. I came in for a consultation today and explained to Acacia (she's an experienced RN and the founder of Elevate Wellness) about my low back pain and overall inflammation. All of my joints have been hurting for a while, but the back pain has been intolerable the last couple months. Even after chiropractic care and massage. It was really helpful to hear a list of all of the things she can provide that would help me. She was able to work with my budget on which of those would be the most impactful treatments right now and consider additional treatments later as my budget would allow. Acacia is so genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, and has a big heart for helping her community, that I felt at ease right away. I completed a session in the hyperbaric chamber and even had the red light therapy at the same time. Already moving with more ease and I'm shocked. It was helpful to learn she uses the only FDA approved hyperbaric chamber too. They have a larger version on the way as well! As a USAF veteran, it warms my heart when businesses honor veterans in this way and is so appreciated.
