I was sent to him by the VA due to chronic neck and back pain with x-rays and MRIs to back it up, as well as a couple of sports-related injuries, including a poorly-healed broken elbow and a complete rupture of the gluteus minimus and medius (having surgery on that in a couple of weeks). He only cared about the neck, didn't want to hear about anything else. Zero eye contact, no facial expressions, clipped and monotone. I asked a couple of questions but had to repeat myself because he ignored me. When he was done fiddling with his computer, he did have a plan; come back for some nerve blocking (or whatever it's called) which should work for 4 HOURS. Then keep a pain journal so they know if they're in the right area. So... nothing today? "No." Why not? "We need authorization from the VA. Could take days, could take weeks. Don't know." Can I get something for the pain in the meantime?? (No history of abuse or addiction, all injuries well documented.) "No. Nothing. It was nice to meet you." Then he walked out. The office staff were nice, but you couldn't pay me to go back to that place. From their parking lot, I reached out to the VA to find a different provider - which took about 10 minutes total. They were eager to take my statement and apologized for Oleg's behavior. Oh, and the authorization I needed to wait for? They had it the entire time. Everything he wanted to do was included in the referral that had already been approved.

Insurance requires a variety of steps to go through and I have chosen Columbia to work with. I tried another doctor first with no success and giving it one more shot. My brother is an anesthesiologist in Virginia and also practices pain management, and sometimes the difference in success is not just the procedure, but the doctor doing it. We are now in step 1, with Dr. Soon, and she and the staff have been wonderful. The first test shots went like a breeze and was done with care and professionalism. Time will tell and I will update this as things progress.

I could hear him all the way from the waiting room. And then afterwards, he just wanted me to come get him and leave. My brother was in so much pain. His eyes were watering and his face was red and he looked like he was gonna explode and he said I'm leaving this place and never coming back. If anyone is reading this before their appointment turned back go to another doctor. I am not exaggerating, how rude and pushy he was and demanding and dismissive.

I saw the TV commercial for the regenerative clinic and I asked my doctor. She said not enough information not FDA approved.. and I said I'm in PAIN. the cortizone shot, shock wave therapy, electrical acupuncture, and massages. Nothing worked. Frozen shoulder is painful. . I made my appointment. Dr. Manning was doing the PRP injections. My elbow went against my rib cage and froze. Kind of scary, They sent me home in a sling. The next day, it released about noon. After my PRP injections, I've been accelerating healing. At night time, I woke me up to a tingling sensation instead of pain. I could feel it healing me. I went back and got my neck, tailbone, and lower shoulder. And then I had to go back and get the left side of my neck, I had bone spurs in my left side. they itched.. A full adjustment at the chiropractor's a breeze now. My spine is at phase 2. I've been rear-ended three times and once from the side. I'm grateful for PRP injections. Thank you to Dr. Manning and the crew at Oregon regenerative clinic. Robin Dorgan
