When I was finally almost recovered from all that, I was involved in a high-speed car crash. I was lucky to walk away, but not without sustaining some injuries, 1 of which was a concussion. Just after the accident, there was a giveaway on Instagram for a package of 4 Mild HBOT with light therapy, and I won. Since the start of my 2nd bout with cancer, I jumped in to all these holistic and alternative therapies as normal Western medicine was failing me in many ways. So winning this was more exciting than I could ever explain, and it would end up being a huge blessing. My 1st session felt relaxing. The next week, I had my final 3 sessions. While the 4 sessions didn't fix everything, I can not tell you enough how much better I felt after the 3rd and especially the 4th session. My dizziness, pain, nausea, and brain fog all felt so much better when nothing else was working. The people here at In Light and what they do here is very special and also a much needed part of our community and our health world. I hope that alternative therapies, like many of the options they offer here at In Light, become more mainstream and even get covered by insurances, because in a world that is full of sickness and disease I truly believe what they offer here should be a staple in anyone's life that wants it to be as almost anyone can benefit from these therapies If you are thinking of trying anything that In Light offers, do not hesitate to set up that appointment today. PS: They allow you to add on an extra person to hard shell dives for a small fee, so you and a friend or partner can do date dives. How cool is that?!
