The install people they work with were also great. This store is a gem in Encinitas ... it made such as difference shopping in person instead of online. They are also next to a very nice French bakery ... and I don't consider myself to be a snob or anything (also just near a Chik-fil-A)

Once I arrived the business was easy to find. It is located in the corner of a shopping center that is easily seen from the main road. Once I pulled in parking was decent, and it wasn't too busy. I'm pretty sure on a busy day it would be a little harder to find parking but non the less it was good. Once I walked inside there was numerous gym equipment to choose from. From the free weights, to the cable machines. It had a good selection to choose from. If anything was to be complained about, it would most likely be the size of the business. I wish it was a little more big and had more to choose from. But all in all it was a nice business.

I use my treadmill every day so this was. . . not great. FES got an appointment on the books for me ASAP, at a time that worked around my schedule. James came on time, fixed my treadmill, and performed some additional maintenance. HIGHLY recommend!!

My son managed to get an Apple pencil stuck inside our Peloton Tread, and the Peloton service staff were completely unhelpful over the phone, and even went as far as suggesting we would have to buy a new one because it was unserviceable. James, on the other hand, disassembled the equipment, retrieved the Apple pencil, reassembled the machine, and tested it for proper function--all in about 30 minutes. Outstanding service!
