These are adjustable dumbbells from 5# to 90# that can be adjusted in 2.5# increments. I own a set at my Chicago home and believe these are the best adjustable dumbbells on the market. The owner, Gary, answered all my questions and provided an estimate of several pieces I was interested in. I told him I'm working on organizing my garage and would make the purchase when ready. Then the pandemic closes the gyms. This motivates me to finish my garage, but when I contact Gary to complete the order, he tells me that he's sold out AND there's a back order for months! It was a number of months later and quite frankly I forgot about them, but Justin from Fitness Warehouse USA contacts me to say my main items are available. Justin is very personable and was just as excited as me to provide the items ordered. He helped me load my items in my car and helped me decide on some additional equipment. What struck me most about Gary is his integrity. Dumbbells and many other types of exercise equipment are scarce and in high demand. There is a lot of price gouging and delivery favoritism occurring in this industry. Gary has a queue of when product arrives and who takes delivery. He also stayed true to his estimate, though he's fully aware of the price gouging (Especially Powerblock dumbbells) with fitness equipment and treated me exactly the same as where we left off when we initially met over 6-months ago. If you're looking for Powerblocks or know anyone who is, I highly recommend Fitness Warehouse USA. I believe he's an exclusive distributor of all their products. He also carries many other types of weight lifting and commercial gym equipment as well as used equipment.

Recently one of the pedals had become misaligned so I figured it was time to get full maintenance. James arrived within the window he stated and did a very thorough diagnostic assessment and cleaning of the unit. He discovered that deep in the machine there was a set screw that was not tightened correctly, which was causing the flywheel to be misaligned and adding wear on its belt. The unit runs better than new after the service and I've had to increase my increments on the incline and level to get the same workout since I am no longer fighting bad alignment. The service was definitely worth it to keep the unit in good working order for a fair price.

This lasted a few minutes until she went behind a door to continue her conversation for pretty much my entire time in store (over 40 minutes, and yes I could hear her laughing on the phone while I was walking out). I wasen't going to write a review, but we came in on a separate visit trying to get a duffle, the Same Manager was actually on the sales floor (surprise) and we had asked her if she could bring us one down one so we could look at it. She was right next to them, and instead called a younger employee to grab it down with some big stick that was by the front door. Why were we made to wait??? Why couldn't you do it??? She told me she had to confirm availability for the next week and she would have to get back to me. Left my name and phone number and patiently awaited her return call. Nada. Following Monday I got in touch with a competitor via Thumbtack by leaving a message through their service. Got a text response within 2 hours from Tom saying he was on a job and he would call me soon. He called me within an hour after that message. He was able to come out that Wednesday. Showed up on time, did his diagnostic exam, and actually called the manufacturer (Lifespan) for assistance when he couldn't determine the exact cause of the problem, an act that impressed me because he went the extra mile in trying to determine the problem. Ordered a new belt (told me it would be 5-10 business, it arrived the following Monday) and he installed it on Tuesday. Treadmill worked like a champ. I'm pretty sure on a busy day it would be a little harder to find parking but non the less it was good. Once I walked inside there was numerous gym equipment to choose from. From the free weights, to the cable machines. It had a good selection to choose from. If anything was to be complained about, it would most likely be the size of the business. I wish it was a little more big and had more to choose from. But all in all it was a nice business.
