We ordered LVP and tile through them as recommended by our insurance company, had them do the…read moreestimate and what a joke it turned out to be. Their sq foot estimates came in so much higher than every other quote we had, I talked to them at length about it because the other estimates we got were all dramatically lower. The estimator told us not to worry about it, we can just return the extra. The LVP flooring showed up months later than promised. So much so that it pushed us into the dead on winter so all cutting work had to be done from inside the house and slowed the project down considerably. Of course, as expected it was WAY to much flooring, we ended up with 405 sq feet of extra flooring. So much extra that I was able to do everything we were originally quoted for plus an entire master bedroom, walk-in closet and hallway and I still had 3 boxes left. After all this, they still wouldn't take take the 3 boxes left over because they say it took us too long? Do yourself a favor, go to the Floor Show, they did our main floor and were way better to deal with.

They have website coupon that they advise you to use, which is strange that they don't just apply the discount. Anyways, I really liked them and their pricing came within the range of the other 2 I looked at. The only thing that worked against them in my final decision was that they sub-contracted out their installation so then I would have to pay the installers separately after they finished the job. I just wanted to pay once and deal with one person and not with sub-contractors so that's why I didn't choose them.

Five years later the flooring has lifted and had some movement which makes it dangerous for anyone who walks on it. I've reached out to the store, talked to Barb and she could care less, she said that she was going to file the warranty claim to the flooring company, this was two months ago and I still have not received a claim number. I have visited and called the store many times as Barb never calls me back to provide with an update. When I asked how the claim is coming along the only answer that I get from her is that the claim is "in process". I would never recommend this store to anyone, extremely poor customer service, bad flooring quality and the worst installer ever.
