The gentlemen we dealt with was nice and personable but he talked our ear off (a little too much) when all we wanted was just straight info and advice on what to do with our space. Anyhow, we were looking at flooring for only one room (as a start) so I don't think he was overly interested in our business, that is, relative to other jobs. Feels like they like the big projects and/or commercial stuff. Just a feeling I got even though that if they had won me over, there would be more flooring projects as we slowly renovate our house. Pricing wise, after adjusting for the different style of carpet, their estimate was within the range of the other 2 quotes I obtained.

They came to my place really quickly to give an estimate and the sales person was really friendly and knowledgeable. They have website coupon that they advise you to use, which is strange that they don't just apply the discount. Anyways, I really liked them and their pricing came within the range of the other 2 I looked at. The only thing that worked against them in my final decision was that they sub-contracted out their installation so then I would have to pay the installers separately after they finished the job. I just wanted to pay once and deal with one person and not with sub-contractors so that's why I didn't choose them.

We ordered LVP and tile through them as recommended by our insurance company, had them do the…read moreestimate and what a joke it turned out to be. Their sq foot estimates came in so much higher than every other quote we had, I talked to them at length about it because the other estimates we got were all dramatically lower. The estimator told us not to worry about it, we can just return the extra. The LVP flooring showed up months later than promised. So much so that it pushed us into the dead on winter so all cutting work had to be done from inside the house and slowed the project down considerably. Of course, as expected it was WAY to much flooring, we ended up with 405 sq feet of extra flooring. So much extra that I was able to do everything we were originally quoted for plus an entire master bedroom, walk-in closet and hallway and I still had 3 boxes left. After all this, they still wouldn't take take the 3 boxes left over because they say it took us too long? Do yourself a favor, go to the Floor Show, they did our main floor and were way better to deal with.
