He was very pleasant and well prepared with carpet samples. He answered any questions I had. And also helped me with my decision regarding grade, style and colour. He maintained good communication with me. I was at work when the installer worked here. But my Mother was here, she said he was a very nice man. When I finally came home, I couldn't believe it. The stairs were beautifully done, they looked completely different from the tattered wooded stairs that were there. And even walking on the stairs feels so much better than it ever did. The installer didn't know what he was doing and really messed it up. So much so that I wouldn't let him back in the house on the second day. At that point only half the tile was down. (no grout yet) The owner Tara said he would make it all right so he brought in another installer to continur the install. Tile spacing was all irregular and should have been lifted and fixed ... however the owner (Tara) proceded to grout and make it look even worse. This company dosn't stand behind the installations and really ignors you once you have paid the bill. If you plan to buy anything from this company.... I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DON'T.

They have website coupon that they advise you to use, which is strange that they don't just apply the discount. Anyways, I really liked them and their pricing came within the range of the other 2 I looked at. The only thing that worked against them in my final decision was that they sub-contracted out their installation so then I would have to pay the installers separately after they finished the job. I just wanted to pay once and deal with one person and not with sub-contractors so that's why I didn't choose them.

But he wasn't super rude or off putting. He was friendly, helpful and honest about the price. I bought a 3 seater, leather recliner couch from the sales floor. I got to test it out and asked some questions. The layaway is very reasonable. They will hold a couch for 2 or 3 months, I think. I got it on sale for a total of $1600 with the warranty. They were able to deliver the couch when you want it delivered. I had mine delivered within a day or 2 upon payment. They delivered the couch at no extra cost and bring it right into your living room. The movers were your typical movers. Friendly and courteous. But one guy wanted to use my loo and didn't flush. I had to remind him and he didn't wash his hands. Ew. The movers will also take away your old couch for free. Reasonable price on products. Very customary.
