Their sq foot estimates came in so much higher than every other quote we had, I talked to them at length about it because the other estimates we got were all dramatically lower. The estimator told us not to worry about it, we can just return the extra. The LVP flooring showed up months later than promised. So much so that it pushed us into the dead on winter so all cutting work had to be done from inside the house and slowed the project down considerably. Of course, as expected it was WAY to much flooring, we ended up with 405 sq feet of extra flooring. So much extra that I was able to do everything we were originally quoted for plus an entire master bedroom, walk-in closet and hallway and I still had 3 boxes left. After all this, they still wouldn't take take the 3 boxes left over because they say it took us too long? Do yourself a favor, go to the Floor Show, they did our main floor and were way better to deal with.

The installer didn't know what he was doing and really messed it up. So much so that I wouldn't let him back in the house on the second day. At that point only half the tile was down. (no grout yet) The owner Tara said he would make it all right so he brought in another installer to continur the install. Tile spacing was all irregular and should have been lifted and fixed ... however the owner (Tara) proceded to grout and make it look even worse. This company dosn't stand behind the installations and really ignors you once you have paid the bill. If you plan to buy anything from this company.... I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DON'T.

When one cabinet door open, the door can hit another side of the cabinet. The cabinets are all you design for us, that's design flaw. When I open the door that was easy bump into another cabinet. There are some cabinets where the two doors are asymmetric. I'm not first time to do the cabinet.I am very disappointed with the quality of this cabinet.
