I have used this company for 7 years now. I bought my house 7 years ago and the a/c unit was already way past its prime when Nathan came out to service it. He told me it was on borrowed time, but each time he or Jim came out, they did the regular seasonal checks and said it was still hanging in there.
Over time they did a repair here and there and were always fairly priced. Never once did they try to scare me into thinking that my unit was going to die any day.
In the beginning, I did join their membership club ($18 a month) and that is one of the smartest things I ever did. Any repairs that did have to be done, I got a discount because I was a member.
Well, the inevitable happened in June. My a/c didn't quit, but it was running low on freon. Jim came out and added freon. It lasted for nine days and I saw the writing on the wall. I made the decision it was time to buy a new unit. Nathan and Jim came out, pumped the freon in again and it lasted until the new unit was installed ( which was only a couple of days later). So we never had to be uncomfortable until the new unit was installed. Nathan supplied me with all the info on the different brands and he never pushed me to buy one over the other so he could make more money.
I've gotten to know and trust these gentlemen over the years. They are honest, trustworthy, professional and friendly. They absolutely know what they are doing. The installers were amazing as well. Jose, Christian and Joshua worked fast to get that new unit installed. They cleaned up everything to perfection. My discount as a member applied to the purchase of my new a/c unit as well.
Total Environmental Heat and Air has a customer for life in me. Nathan and Jim made a trip out to check out the new unit, got the serial and model numbers so I can register my new a/c for the 10 year extended warranty. You will not be disappointed if you use this company for all your HVAC needs. It's hard to find customer service like this anymore.
