Unfortunately, this is the closest wash to my home, so it's convenient and has therefore been given too many second chances. Today was the last straw for me. When my car was finished I was shocked to get in it and find quite a bit of sand still on my driver side floor mat. I then looked in the back and noticed there was even sand back there. For reference, I have rubber weather mats that are very easy to spray off, and no children. Aka it's an easy car. The situation was easily resolved when I asked for this to be taken care of, and the final product was good, I just expected this from the beginning. I'm disappointed that I had to "be a Karen" for what I think should be the standard for a $34.24 car wash.

The woman who greeted me as I drove up to the entrance was extremely kind as I explained it was my first time there. She explained all the types of interior and exterior washes to me. I ended up getting one with exterior wash and interior cleaning and vacuuming for $41 with tax, which was a great deal. I had to put my car in neutral as I drove through the exterior wash portion where real people were cleaning my vehicle. When this part was done about 5-6 mins later, I drove my car out front for the vacuuming and interior cleaning portion which took around 20-30 mins. While I was waiting, I got an air freshener from the inside of the car wash area which was $4.43. I get the long lasting one that you cut and put under the car seat. Overall, my car came out spotless! I had a wonderful experience here and I will absolutely be back!

We were told they don't honor those deals on busy days. Since we were boxed into the line, it took another fifteen minutes just to be able to leave the property. There were times where the self cleaning area, where you are able to do your own vacuuming and utilize the high pressure air hose - would NOT work , it would be closed due to some issues and insufficient working vacuum and high-pressure air hose. One time, the car wash was not working at all!! Luckily, I was already in before they actually closed down the whole establishment. The employees had to wash my vehicle by hands, without all the extra amenities that was included with my car wash membership. After driving through the car wash, you would drive up to the employees, whom dries your vehicles. They do not do a complete and thorough drying of your vehicle. I'd usually drive to the side and park, so I can dry my vehicle thoroughly. BTW.. there's no phone numbers to reach anyone in the office. That used to be a thing, where you can actually speak to someone. Especially, if you have any questions or concerns.. I guess they are tired of the complaints. LMAO
