Well, I'm going to join the legions of reviewers here and add my own 5-stars!…read more I've never had auto detailing done on any car before, so I didn't know what to expect. I found Mobile Detailers right here at Yelp and was immediately impressed with how the owners reach out to folks right here, replying to their posts - that's rare. I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Main thing is, I'm SO glad I found Mobile Detailers in my area, and will definitely be a regular customer going forward. This is a tough job done in brutal weather, so I have to give a "high five!" to Avol and the crew here.

What a disheartening and frustrating experience…read more... Going back about about 15 years ago, I brought my car to AllTech and met the owner (knowledgeable, respectful and welcoming); I returned with other work, all good experiences. The original owner eventually sold though... It was only recently that I returned with a car with some needed work; refinishing the rims, change the rear tail lights and replace some rubber trim but the priority was the gas cap was not opening. I met the current owner (Andres) and he passed me over to his estimator (Eric). It was a simple repair and they quoted a fair price... I picked up the car and the car was back to working condition.... a week later I noticed a two gouges into the paint in the door panel (not fully chipped but clearly there). I called the shop and was told by Eric (estimator) that since more than a day passed I would have to show the owner (Andres). Andres wasn't available so I left a message... but no call back. Eric told me he spoke with him and he would call me within the next couple days but again no call back. Then a couple weeks passed and I'm now told by Eric that the owner unexpectedly had to go to Russia and would be back at the end of the week and he'd call. Of course no call after more than a week. Then finally, Eric set up a time and date that I was to meet Andres at the shop. I arrived and Eric (estimator) tells me Andres is not there but Andres told him to see the chips/damage. He immediately went with it was too much time and there is no proof it happened here. Despite all the dialogue that was exchanged, I wasn't even asking for a free repair (I wanted to have a fair resolution and even give them more work).... During the meeting, Eric lost it and began going on a loud, obnoxious rant and calling me a liar (not about the damage but because I wouldn't swear on a bible)... then he began to run all over the property, screaming like a mad-man for his staff to witness... They all gather at the car and he is still getting uncontrolled... I'm literally thinking mental health or just insane; even his staff was staring at him and I calmly apologize to them, saying I have no idea why he is getting all worked-up... Even threatened to call cops to have me tresspassed ! AND THEN... the owner walks out... even though ERIC said he wasn't there. He got all the others to leave and we chatted... He acted as if he had no idea and claimed Eric said I just reported the damage this week (even though it was weeks prior). He tried to have his guy look over the somewhat attempt to fix it but even when we chatted about possible taking the car to fix it; I said I wouldn't trust leaving my car at this point because Eric is not to be trusted. A place that was once a great body shop is definitely not recommended anymore.
