The lady that did my nails... Way too many unacceptable flaws. Usually I don't care because I understand nails won't always turn out perfect but man this lady irritated my soul. She glued the tips onto my nails before actually making sure they fit. She had to pull a couple off & put on wider ones because they didn't fit. Omg it hurt like hell. Seriously pissed me off & she barely started. The tip on my index finger wasn't glued on all the way. When I seen it from the side, my nail looked bent because it was glued at the wrong angle. I mentioned this to her so she tried to push it down and instead of replacing it, she uses glue to fill the gap of air between the tip & my nail. That doesn't change the fact my nail looks bent. She didn't sand down my nails with the power tool after applying acrylic. She did shape the sides with the nail file but left the top alone. You can tell the acrylic is applied unevenly and some nails are way thicker than others. She didn't shake the bottle of nail polish. I'm pretty sure everyone knows the contents in the bottle settles after a while. My 4 year old daughter even knows to shake the bottle of nail polish before using it. She used only one coat of color. I couldn't believe it. I could see the strokes from the brush. Never heard of any technician using only one coat of color before applying top coat. My daughter also knows to use 2 coats!!! And when I thought she couldn't f things up more she rushed on the top coat. The top coat is really thick so I clearly saw the parts on each nail that weren't coated. Looks like clear puddles on my nails. It was really bad. 2 minutes into drying under the fan, I dug through my purse for my keys, grabbed my phone & left. Didn't give a single F about my nails messing up everyone was like omg your nails blah blah blah but I wasn't worried about them when she didn't do a good job anyways. I just don't understand how anyone can do such a bad job. I wouldn't necessarily say I don't recommend this place, only because I don't know how well the other technicians do nails. I just don't recommend the lady that did my nails. Don't know her name but it's the first station on the right.

Waxing and nails (manicure, pedicure, gels, acrylic, etc...) have been immaculate . The vibe is…read morealways pleasant in the shop and I've never seen unsatisfactory work by any of the techs.

Because I did not see them being removed from a sealed sterilization pouch, I politely asked the technician to open a freshly sterilized set in front of me. She ignored my request twice. When I asked again, she finally acknowledged that she heard me but responded with an attitude. She then took the tools around the corner, placed them inside a pouch, and returned holding them up as if that proved they were freshly sterilized. I personally witnessed the tools being placed into that pouch, so this did not reassure me that they had gone through the proper sterilization process. I work in the medical field and understand the importance of infection control. When I pointed out the autoclave and explained my concern, the situation became increasingly hostile. The man at the front desk was defensive instead of listening or simply offering a properly sterilized set of tools. Their attitudes became even worse when I mentioned contacting the State Board. I was not asking for anything unreasonable--only to see a clean, properly sterilized set opened in front of me before the tools were used on my body. A professional response would have been to honor that simple request without ignoring me, becoming hostile, or attempting to make the same tools appear freshly packaged. I chose not to receive the pedicure and left. Customers should never be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected for asking reasonable questions about sanitation and safety. Based on what I personally witnessed and how the staff handled my concern, I will not return.

I came here for the first time in like 9 years because I been here before to get my pedi done. Ok so I came in and requested for the guy Long to get my nails done. I came in so confident that I was going to be satisfy. I came in with old nails and had it soak off and taken it out by a fake nail. That was part was ok. I had to ask to twice to get it soak off. There's no way I would have let them dig it out and they're not suppose to do that! I ask for natural looking and round ish and almond shape nail . He was so rough with my nails when he file the side. The side had alot of acrylic to my skin. I am traumatized by this and will never ever go there and or to anyone. I never had anyone this rough on my nails. My nails came out so bulky and wide. I was so sad but I tip him too because I felt bad if I didn't but now I regret tipping him. They're not friendly. The wife looks miserable. They have a very cute dog and I feel bad that the dog have to breath in that air. Cheap price, cheap service:( so sad My nails sloppy shape too. I felt like I was getting my naps done by a student in cosmetology school and felt like he was having trouble doing my nails :( never again will I go here and or go anywhere. My nails hurt so much and I am traumatized.

I had usually gotten dip on my nails but Kim convinced me to try hybrid/poly ... again, so glad that she did. My nails feel lighter and stronger. My issue was that the dip would have cracks in it and wouldn't look good. So that's why Kim suggested we try this. I have continued to go see her and every single time I go she takes her time and ensures I like everything before going to the next step. The salon is clean, friendly and they use high quality products. I also love that they use filters when filing your nails so that you aren't breathing in all that dust.

I was referred by a former coworker who told me about builder nails on toes that were misshaped. I wouldn't advise African Americans to go there though! The owner is very discriminatory and will interrogate you over the phone and pretends not to remember you each time you call back to schedule a fill. If you walk in to schedule an appt, she will say they are booked for weeks. When you agree to be scheduled out, she will say to call, only to say they're busy and shorthanded, and tell you to call back! She even recommended I go somewhere else! Do Not Support this business. The owner responded, attempting to discredit my review, so I'll add more context. The last time I called to I book an appt, she told me they were two weeks out. She tried to give me a real early appt on a weekday, I said no, I work during the day. She said I could come on Sat, I said ok. I called the day before to confirm, she said she only had me down for the early weekday appt! I reminded her no, I accepted the early Sat appt. Again she said she didn't see it! I had to remind her of the convo, and she just said ok. Fast forward yesterday, I did call to schedule an appt and asked if there was any openings that day. She said no. No problem. Once again she started to interrogate me. Have you been here before? I said yes. She asked when I explained my initial appt. I told her I had an appt last month. She kept on asking details. I told her it was Labor Day, I'm a state worker, so I was off that day. She allegedly went through the schedule and said she couldn't find me. I told her the lady that helped me said her name was Phu. She said no one by that name works here! I replied, why do you make me feel like I need to prove myself to get an appt and patronize your business. She then tried to refer me to another business across the street! Finally she booked me for next Saturday at 10! I decided after that conversation that this was excessive, and wrote a review! I had no intention on keeping that appt! I realize businesses have the right to refuse service or say they are not accepting new clients. I am ok with that. However the customer service by the owner is unacceptable. I have been using the same tech for years, but she doesn't offer the nail builder service for pedi's , so I wanted to try someone new! Oasis was the wrong choice! Again, I must reiterate the nail techs are excellent! This is not in anyway diminishing the quality of work, just the owners treatment for no reason. I will take ownership, I should've declined to be serviced there! I DO NOT Recommend this business! By the way she called after the review, and suddenly had an opening at 4:18. No thanks!
