When I arrived there yesterday (1/10/26), I just knew I was going to have to reschedule my online appointment @ 11:15 a.m. because I had arrived 15 minutes late. The service agent who initially assisted me, couldn't find me in the system and I knew that was going to happen. This same agent ( I can't nor did I inquire as to who he was) my bad and please forgive me, told me that they wouldn't be able to address my service because prior to my arriving, they were being inundated with clients (walk-ins & appointments). He said I would have to wait until 1:30 p.m. No problem. I took a seat. At 12:30, my vehicle had been serviced and Mr. Dominic Huerta was calling my name. Not only was my car serviced, he took the extra mile, as he was rotating my tires, to repair the left front tire because he had found a nail in it that was causing the tire to loose air. So, I said OK, but here's going on 1hr and 10mins and still my car was still parked and never seen until I brought it to the same guy's attention who checked it in about my car. He was not attentive about it but went to check on how much long. He came back and told me that they're going to check on it. The long wait for a job that should take 15mins or less is unnecessary and this place is always the same 1hr to hour and a half. There should be some mindful attention to customers waiting for timing at least an hour or less. It's over an hour and a half and I'm still waiting!!.

I simply said what I was hoping for, an independent inspection from a local mechanic (I live in Los Angeles & traveled out to Norco to look at this car), that I was looking for a used Japanese or Korean car, & my price range. As soon as I shared the name of the dealership (I didn't say anything about my experience or concerns with them, just the name), Kenni said she won't even do business with them, as they sold a used Mustang to her son whose clutch he asked them to fix, because he could tell it needed repair, they refused, and it went out about 800 miles after the warranty he purchased with this used car dealership expired, the clutch then costing $1000 to repair. Kerri also VOLUNTARILY gave me pointers for used cars, sharing that CVT's (Constant Velocity Transmissions, commonly known as Continuously Variable Transmissions) are not as reliable as other transmissions, which helped me narrow my search in cars in my budget. Warning post: I got some really poor service recently…read more I came in to have them rotate and balance the tires on my wife's car. When I left, I left with the tire sensors light on so I brought the car back immediately so they can check the tire pressures and possibly reset the TPMS sensors. While the gentleman was checking the tire pressures, it turned out that 3 of the 4 tires had low tire pressure. I was frustrated already leaving this place with the low tire pressure sensors but then to think that they balanced my tires with not even checking the tire pressure before balancing out tires? It doesn't take much to have common sense to check tire pressures before balancing tires. Two days later, my wife says that the car felt weird and unstable. Come to find out, we had lost a lug nut and were about lose a second lug nut on the same wheel. I might have saved a little money coming to these guys for a rotate and balance but thinking out loud, my family's safety isn't worth these guys lack of common sense and terrible work. They have these young kids working here that are all about speed and not the quality of work. This is just a warning post so you are aware of the type of work you could expect. Without throwing a certain Eastvale car shop under the buss, Ryan essentially saved me from a potentially dangerous situation and who knows, could have saved my life because of the negligence of the previous shop I went to. I got all of my tires changed 2 months ago, I took one long road trip 3 hours one way, 2 hours on the way back. On the way back my car started making a tapping noise. My dad inspected, noticed a bolt missing from one of my tires, and I took it in to the original shop that day (yesterday). The shop claimed to check all my tires and replaced bolt, claiming everything was fine. Nope, still heard the sound next day. So I called original shop, main guy was busy, while waiting for call back I decided what the heck and called Jiffy Lube as I was near by. Ryan answered the call, I explained the situation, and my mistake as i am not good with car stuff he said "well, we're mainly for oil changes but how far are you? Come by I'll check it out". First off, he did not even have to do that so thank you Ryan for being kind and offering to look right off the bat. He was super helpful and friendly from the jump. Immediately, after listening to the sound and taking a quick look at the tire, he saw that 2 of the lug nuts on the tire they 'fixed' were stripped and damaged. The bolts weren't holding. My rim was loose. Essentially, if this guy never checked and if I had gone back to the original shop, who knows if they would have tried to cover it up and my tire eventually fell off?? Huuuuge safety hazard! Did they even really check? Why didn't they tell me my lug nuts were stripped on a tire they 'fixed/checked' yesterday? IN ADDITIONNN, the original shop claimed they rechecked all my tires. Tell me why this time one the guys noticed that on a DIFFERENT tire, there was a bolt the wrong size. Essentially, if I got a flat tire, my wrench would not be able to take that bolt off or on because of the size difference, aka i would have been screwed. So, did the original shop reaaaallly check all the tires? The original shop was incredibly negligent and I will do my part in making sure they know that. Ryan spotted the problem, was incredibly helpful the entire way, walked me over to Mountain View where Gerardo took over and helped me out. Gerardo ACTUALLY checked all my tires, fixed my lug nuts, gave me the proper bolt, and even mentioned the status of my break pads, etc. I truly felt taken care of. Upon explaining that to my parents, my mom said, "like they were taking care of their sister" and honestly, yeah. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage or sell me services, they truly were taking care of my situation, on the spot. Something the original shop failed to do, twice. Gerardo took care of me at Mountain View and because of his help I felt like I left the shop in a safe car finally. Honestly, if Ryan would not have said "how far are you? I'll check it out" who knows, the original shop could have continued to be negligent and cover up and eventually I would have been on the road with a tire flying off at 70mph or stranded with no way to change a tire. Shoot, you potentially saved my life Ryan haha. Ryan from Jiffy Lube and Gerardo from Mountain View, I cannot thank you both enough for your kindness and helpfulness.
