I even went through the trouble of filing a formal appeal with Aetna, which was denied simply because of timing. This process has been stressful, time-consuming, and felt very misleading from start to finish. Nevertheless, we got quotes from various orthodontists (even in Broward) and the price here was very reasonable here and given the great customer service so far and quality of care, we chose them. The orthodontist is available here, so it makes a great one stop shopping for all our dental needs. My first child preferred and was eligible for Invisalign. The treatment was completed successfully over 1.5 years ago and the teeth look perfect! For my 2nd child, the recommended treatment was regular braces. We are a year in and the teeth are looking great! We continue to be clients for cleanings as well, since we are treated as family and my kids feel cared for when we are in.

To make matters worse, I wasn't even happy with how my teeth turned out after treatment. When I was told my Invisalign was "done," I was genuinely shocked.
