DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE AND IF YOU DO, GO AT YOUR OWN RISK...About a year and a half ago (2024) I went in for a crown and I was overcharged by $700. I had no idea until June of this year, (2025) almost a year later when I got an email saying that a refund had been issued back to a card-bank that was no longer active. I was given the run around for over six months of me calling every month about where the money went and was told that I could get a refund via check. I called for about the 7th time in six months today and they tell me that the refund was done and there's nothing they can do...BEYOND PISSED is nothing. I was overcharged because of their error and was never returned the money because of negligence. read more

They accept most dental insurance and truly do their utmost to take care of the paperwork. Vinca, the office Manager has bent over backwards to help me sort through insurance issues. Thanks Vianca! Dr. Sam Gad made my root canal painless. (And I DON'T LIKE ROOT CANALS!) And last but not least, Dr. Azadi the General Dentist has a light hand and does his utmost to make the experience as smooth as possible. After going in for an hour long exam, I was excited to start services. Now I've been told I need another exam to determine what type of cleaning I'll need. I had an appointment scheduled for the surgeon to removed my wisdom teeth after confirming the appointment all week and the day before. They call me the morning of a few hours before my appointment to tell me they don't have the anesthesia to preform the surgery and I would have to wait an entire month to reschedule with them. No thank you. I paid an extra $100 deposit so they can keep if I cancel and they cancelled on me instead. I called out of work for this. At least they gave my my xrays to take my business else and had to wait for my refund to come in. I reached out to another dentistry and they were able to get me scheduled right away and I would only have to wait a few days for my needs. read more

Honestly the best dental experience I've ever had in my entire life. That's a huge compliment because I'm terrified of the dentist but this was seamless. Wow! I had an amazing experience here this week! Let me tell you I hadn't been in the office pre COVID-19. I was kind of nervous but the entire staff made it an extremely welcoming experience. I had a work meeting scheduled and I called the office, Sergio answered the phone an was able to assist me to come in early. Once I got into the office the staff was super welcoming and warm. Dr. Dima hooked it up she was able to take my visit early and did an amazing job on a filling I had to do. Max was good at assisting her getting everything prep. But big shout outs to Nichole! Her energy was amazing! She was super informative and knowledgeable. Big ups to her! BEWARE!! I went to this office and Dr Sofia was the one that checked me. For the moment I walked in it felt like I was at a car dealership, money money and how the dentist can make more money. I thought it was in my head since she gave this impression that she was a sweet caring doctor. Before she exams me she's basically saying prepare yourself because you 100% have gingivitis. You haven't examen my mouth how would know this??? Like I might not be a dentist but I'm not stupid either. Come on. When she goes to exam me she says I have a cavity all the way in the back (of course) and I have three forming. I never ever had one cavity in my life. Imagine she wanted to do a filling and not any filling of course the most expensive one they got. Then she said I had stage 1 bone loss????!! What??? I'm only 23 she starts explaining some bs. Next I have "gingivitis"I'm not a dentist but I do know is symptoms of gingivitis included bleeding, swollen gums. Which I did not 100% have, My gums don't even bleed!!!!! Like how stupid do you think I am? So in the end she said I needed a deep cleaning and to also clean with a laser OF COURSE more more money. Then she proceeds to say I did a very good job before coming in?? What??? Im pretty sure to have everything she was trying to diagnose me with would be either poor oral hygiene or family history of dental disease which I have NEITHER!! After she keeps saying that she wants me to meet with the oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth? FOR WHAT??? Did I come here for that or asked about wisdom teeth removal?? NO why would this be brought up?? I had a bad feeling in my gut. Some thing told me to go get a second opinion this lady can't even properly lie I could tell so easily she was lying if you're going to try and scam your patients make sure you sound convincing please. After the dr leaves the manager comes to talk about pricing basically pressuring me to sign up at this point I'm uncomfortable. I went to get a second opinion and guess what magically the gingivitis went away and no cavities of course. My dentist said I had healthy gums and only needed a MEDIUM cleaning not even a deep cleaning. I read a bad review below and thank god I did because I had the same experience as the person being diagnosed with gingivitis with no bleeding gums is insane. I'm sure they buy does 5 star reviews AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!! I never like to write bad reviews only when it's necessary. read more

I came here back in 2018 for some work. I've never kept up with going to the dentist but this past month i came back here for some emergency work and I had Sofia for the first time. She was super nice and helpful and never felt judged like i have in the past. I came for one thing but she was eager to fix my bad teeth and understanding about financial reasons why. So happy to be rid of them and to go back to an older more experienced dentist who made me aware (knowing nothing about where I was coming from) of some of the things I was paying for with this dentist. While modern dentistry failed to call me back to confirm appointments two months away, my new dentist had me in the next morning. I went here at first because it was convenient, just like all of corporate America, located in a little easy to reach strip mall by about everything I go to. The place was clean, the equipment was/is new (they haven't been here long), and the staff was courteous. My problem with it was that they don't really follow up either with appointments or questions (if they are reading this now, I ask why is this important now?). It's kind of like what medicine has become in this country. You're just an appointment, and this is the usual procedure we have to do, and don't worry, your insurance will pay for most of it, probably. I was irritated a couple of times that they began to cancel my appointments because I had not "confirmed". I had taken time off work and canceled work appointments to make theirs. If I didn't take the call, it's probably because I couldn't, but when people say they're going to do something, they usually mean it. The dentist in charge explained they adopted this policy to avoid cancelations so they wouldn't lose money. That right there says a lot about their practice. I get it. no one does, but that's kind of saying their time is more important than mine. And if that's the case, well, time is money right? And I have to be mindful of mine as well. Having left them, looking at it with a clear head now, I have the growing impression the dentist was not even checking my history/chart. I won't mention their name, but that dentist probably doesn't remember me either. Let me be clear though, the reception staff were very courteous, and because of them I'm giving this place an extra star. However, it is the new policies of this new inexperienced management that's driven me away. The staff just does what they're told. Try them out if you want, perhaps you'll have better experience, they do have nice equipment, it is clean and accessible, and perhaps one day they'll fix their management. read more

Nice office, but their lingo is reminiscent of predatory salesmen. The dentist tried to sell me a cleaning for only a quarter of my mouth and was hesitant to quote me the price. Saw Anthony Thomas. Totally incapable. I went there to have my loose crown recemented. Instead he tried to convince me to get a new crown. When i insisted on having existing crown recemented, he said he will do temporary cement. He could not place crown correctly and it was hittint another tooth. When i told him this he said its because crown broke when it came off. So i left his office with crown cemented half fast and went to another dentist. Another dentist said nothing wrong with the crown and tooth, everything was perfectly normal, and she was able to put it right back. So Anthony was just trying to come up with reason to give me a new crown i didnt need so he can line his pockets. I will be filing an official complaint with the board as well. read more

She's speaks to you in a condescending tone and with an attitude. I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed and had a mixup with my insurance Information and instead of trying to correct the issue, she came up with every excuse as to why she couldn't give me a proper quote even telling me to find out with the insurance company myself. Unfortunately I'm only going this place two stars. The service was great, the team were super nice and efficient but the only issue I have with this office is the billing department. I feel robbed and frustrated of the lack of professionalism. When I was told about my payment options I was told 1st if I pay $30 for charity I would get $100 off my services. Great! Did that, then when I went in for my last treatment I notice nothing was taken off my bill. I told the office manger and the billing mistake who then told me it was only going to be a $70 refund since I paid $30, didn't make sense but didn't want to fight just wanted my money back. Office manger took a picture of my charity donation and said she would do the refund the next day and would get an email. I received nothing so I had to follow up, then a again a week later. It's now a month and still haven't received my refund. What a very poor way to conduct business and a way to lose a customer. read more
